The board.

The manager.

The players. 

Sections of the fanbase for accepting poor standards and refusing to challenge the owner and board.

 

Whether they like it or not, some of our fans are complicit. Applauding these abhorrent performances is beyond ridiculous. 

 

If you dont want to boycott, and you dont want to make your feelings known to the board etc, the very least you can do is just walk out without clapping such hideous under performance

We have an owner that doesn't care

 

The people 'upstairs' are stupid and ignorant

 

The manager is out of his depth

 

A goalkeeper who cant kick properly and palms out every shot to opposition strikers

 

Defenders that look like they've never kicked a ball before

 

A midfield that are so open and positionally clueless it beggars belief

 

And a strike force so bad that playing an academy full back up there on his own isn't as mad as it sounds

 

Then there's the periphery players who are toxic and actively detrimental to the club that over pays them, because the recruitment side of the club has gone from being the best in the country to the worst.

 

Add in there's no money and you've got the worst run club in England. 

 

That enough?

An Owner, a Director of Football and a Manager all out of their depth an without a shred of leadership between them. Their complete ineptitude has contaminated everything they have touched.

We look a lot better with Choudhury and Page in midfield ahead of Skipp and Reid. Hopefully this is the way forwards, Evans instead of Ayew as well while we're at it.

 

Aluko for Thomas as well.

Better manager than Martí, 100%, at least he’s actually been successful at this level.

Incapable owner relies heavily on a PE Teacher/Administrator. Said PE Teacher has no discernible qualities whatsoever so logically (under incompetent owner) is promoted and given more responsibility - continues to fail spectacularly upwards. Rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat…
