1 Enzoball is 'Coma Inducing' to watch. I truly hated it last time and couldn't sit through it for a second stint.

2 Enzoball needs better players than we          have at our disposal.

3 Enzoball as a style was 'found out' by the 2nd half of our promotion season, and even championship teams know how to nullify it now.

4 He jumped ship at the first chance, so I'd expect the same.

5 The only possible plus would be the players who are still here from his last tenure were receptive to him, so we may get a marginal improvement in moral, and applicaton, but that alone isn't enough to justify the negatives in IMO covered in points 1 to 4.

 

I also call BS on the whole thing, this is media spin either to jockey prospective managers along or as a smokescreen for the club to say 'well we tried'

We all know this is not realistic and won't happen. Additionally if their is an ounce of truth to this then the board are deluded even thinking this is plausible.

 

But... And it is a major but.. if there is some possibility to this then fans turning down Enzo in this situation really are insane.

 

Club is in freefall into league one and people want to turn down someone who won us the league last time, is a conference league winner, club world  championship winner and will more than likely be next man city/real Madrid manager.

 

Like I said. It's not realistic but fans saying no to this is utterly laughable.  We are generally in freefall and he might be able to come in and galvanize the current crop of below par players, get the fans onside and least fight of relegation and ultimately stop our freefall.

People seem to forget that with Enzo coaching we went to Anfield, Stamford Bridge and Bournemouth and look very much the part and competitive. As a coach, he was very good. Doing what he did with players who have obvious concentration issues, like Vestegaard and Faes is not easy. I mean even Hamza looked competent under him. 
 

There is no way he is coming back. However, with hindsight, his ability to instil a very difficult style into so many mediocre and technically limited players was fantastic. 
 

As the players have shown post Enzo, any bit of hard, they crumble.

What makes you think with his style of play (without having the player he needs) would be a good idea for a relegation scrap? Bare in mind if he was to come would be a FTC so wouldn’t care if we went down as he wouldn’t be here then.
