FoxesWalk Posted 5 August Posted 5 August 30yo+ attackers, no taller than 5ft8, ideally only those who’ve done their ACL in the past season or two
chris2208 Posted 5 August Posted 5 August Not sure if already posted, but now Ballard has gone to Bristol, we need to be looking at Wareham from Exeter - Barnsley have had a bid rejected but surely we can go in for him as I think he will be cheaper than Ballard.
shen Posted 5 August Posted 5 August Feyenoord are looking to offload Casper Tengstedt. Probably outside our price range, but after a few seasons of being a bit-part player there and at Verona and Benfica, he probably hungers for a bigger role.
kingfox Posted 5 August Posted 5 August A striker on top of Bristric feels like the only missing piece of the jigsaw now, CB’s and possibly another ‘6’ will depend on departures. Just depends which market we dip into… 1) Loan market for someone like Mubama 2) A striker who is proven at this level(Keillor-Dunn, Wootton, Wareham) 3) Foreign market again, my two main picks would be Paulos Abraham(Hammarby) & Koen Kostons(PEC Zwolle) 4) Free agent market for Adebayo

Cincinnati Fox Posted 5 August Posted 5 August League one is very physical outside of a couple of teams, other than CB we are going to be physically the smallest side in the league. Really need a physical CM and striker like he is trying to build a team of midgets with bad knees.
lcfcbluearmy Posted 5 August Posted 5 August 2 days until the first game of the season still not signed a striker

Kp1984 Posted 5 August Posted 5 August A 35 year old striker very average scoring record. Also prefer if at some point he’s broken both legs and had a ACL injury. Confident we can get this done 👍 3

I’ve come to terms with the fact that we may never sign another beautiful Scandinavian, but it doesn’t stop me wasting 12 hours of my day scouting them.
Dan Posted 5 August Posted 5 August Another striker to go with Bristric. Hold the front and back page but if we did this. I'd actually take Adebayo on two conditions - he was third choice on top of my other mystery striker and it was a one year reasonable deal. I'd have said the same with Ings as well.

That info that's out there is wrong. Happens all the time. Harvey Barnes was apparently 5'8 until he magically grew 3 inches at 24.

coolhandfox Posted 6 August Posted 6 August (edited) If the current incomings are true another CF. Than it just replacing positions if people leave. Edited 6 August by coolhandfox 1

I still think we should be trying to bring in Daniel Kanu, League 2 young player of the year and 15 goals in League 2 last season for Walsall (on loan from Charlton), not exactly prolific but only 21 and has a lot of football league experience. I'm happy with a lot of our transfers this season but it feels we're catching players who's careers are on the slide rather than the rise, so it would be nice to bring in someone of his profile. 4

Looks to have played mainly as a lone striker this season, but we won’t be signing him anyway, as we’ve forgotten where Scandinavia is. 1
