That was thrilling, the snowboard cross earlier i enjoyed even more. Winter Olympics really has made these depressing winter months so much more bearable! Loving it :D

Yeah agreed

I watch most of these winter sports with admiration and love to see GB medal.

Watching the Snowboard cross honestly made me wish I was 20 years younger as I’d have bloody loved to give that a go at an age where I could convince myself that I could at the very minimum qualify for the team lol

Today makes you remember how much we enjoy the thrill, excitement and pleasure sport gives.

Two amazing golds, a few chances have gone and they have more than steadied the ship.

Brilliant TEAM GB for taking our mind off the disaster of KPFC currently.

So pleased for all of them, brilliant.  Sport at its exciting best!!!!!:scarf:

Loving the Winter Olympics.

Enjoying  how most of the competitors seem to be having such a great time and the levels of sportsmanship.  There seems to be genuine joy for those that are successful from those they are up against, irrespective of nation state etc.

Feels kind of old fashioned yet extremely modern at the same time.

Looks like a case of just surviving in the skiing .

Very tough treacherous  conditions.

They Can’t see the bumps !

if it was downhill then would be delayed

yesterdays super G had the silver medalists recording identical times (to hundtredth) on both runs !  Never seen that before in a sports event with two runs

She just said that she’d never landed that last jump she attempted!

So she went for gold and ended with nothing

not sure that was the right call when safer jump would have brought bronze and possibly silver

Fairly obviously wasn’t comfortable with that trick right from the start.

Seems a strange choice unless it was her only option to get the additional 3.5 points required for bronze.

She is 21 and has a massive future ahead of her. Having watched the documentary on Scotty James I don't blame her for trying it. You go for gold no matter what as you don't know when you will / if you will ever get a chance again. No one remembers you with a silver or Bronze. Silver / Bronze means nothing to them.

Reading a story earlier that the Olympic village ran out of condoms after a record 3 days lol

Not surprising, some of the talent on show has been outrageous tbf

A box on 10 last me a year… so that’s impressive
