Hypothetical situation

We get relegated to League 1.

Daka, Winks, Ricardo, Lascalles, Ayew, Marçal an Begovic leave when contracts expire.  We don’t renew anyone.

We then have a squad that still has players that don’t want to play in league one. Fatawu is definitely off. What about our “generational talents”, are they off as well? Monga, Nelson, Page, Evans, Alunko etc

We then have the entire underlying King Power out, Top, Rudkin situation

Are you planning on renewing your ticket?

No, last season was tough. Didn't think we'd be in the same situation a league below 12 months on. Kidded myself into renewing this season. 30 years of continuous ST's is at an end.

Interesting split so far, I was wondering if we’d see a decline in attendances if we got relegated for two seasons on the bounce.

I've said no, although I'm not 100% no. But I'm going to find it hard to want to pay money into the club based on how it is being run. I've barely been to any games this season, mainly because I'm not moving other things in my life around so I can go.

Yes, don’t care what league we’re in so long as we’re competitive. Which has made the last two seasons very difficult. But I’m Leics born and bred and watch the county in Summer and City in winter end of.

I’ve had enough. I’ve fallen out of love with the club. I’ve been three times this season, and I’ve just not been bothered. Sitting through shit week in week out doesn’t make you a martyr this scenario is completely different to previous years…. It’s not inadequacy through natural football cycles, it’s inadequacy through neglect and incompetence….  And that I just can’t give up my time and effort to follow, fair play to those who will, but in my opinion you’re simply contributing to the clubs decline through compliance. I understand those who have kids and go for sentimental reasons, but for me the sentiment has died.

It’s the first time in nearly 30 years I’ve genuinely lost complete love and interest for the club. Out of the 10 of us that have held season tickets for about 30 years… 4 are renewing…. That’s the damage Top has done to this football club.

Almost excatly in the same boat as you.

Started in the Brian Little days and the thought of missing a home game was ridiculous, all my family and friends would know in advance and arrange things around the footy.

Now its like a chore and the only reason is to see mates.

Id rather meet them in the pub even though i dont drink and then feck off home

Born and bred in Leicester. Travel up from Fleet in Hampshire so evening kick offs are out anyway. It’s a 250 mile round trip.We all agree that the football has been dire for a long time now but it’s the running of the club that annoys me more than anything else. How on earth have the board been blindfolded for so long. Crazy player purchases - stupid contracts - daft sales - total lack of financial control. You wouldn’t run your business like that. However for my mates and myself the day thankfully isn’t just about the match. Great breakfast in Cafe 210  - pint in Breeze. So having said all that……I’ll still be making the journey and just hoping that the 90 minutes of my 8 hour day show some vast improvement.

Trying not to think about it.

On one hand I am sick of supporting this group of players and this ownership but on the other I sit with my Grandad who isn't getting younger and it's really the only time I spend with him.

I haven't been for months now (Sheffield United was the last) and I feel extremely guilty about missing that time with my Grandad.

I didn't renew for this year after 40+years as ST holder and a regular attender before that.

I have no regrets as I simply wasn't enjoying any aspect of it, the journey, on the pitch and off the pitch except the chance to chat with my son and I can do that anyway. The last thing we talk about now is football as there's nothing new you can say that you haven't already said a hundred times and it's so depressing anyway.

I certainly wouldn't be looking to renew.

Currently banned for no reason, but won't be giving another penny to the club until the club is sold. If that takes a decade, so be it.

* That said I don't think the club is here in a decade under him.

Absolute this and it’s not an over reaction either.

It’s really hard isn’t it 😔
