We probably wouldn’t be in this position if the club acted before the Oxford and Charlton games.

Picking up points, but need more wins… frustrating to not get that today. We need more performances like that, and no more QPR garbage to stay up. Preston next, we need to be winning.

Most other teams??
There were only 5 teams in the championship today that play with 2 up top, we played against 1 and they did Jack, the others were Sheff Wed, Charlton both lost & WBA who ok won but me thinks you see the freak QPR result & think that is why we should play 2 up front (QPR being the other)…not playing 2 up top is not why we see ourselves where we are.

Thomas is not as big an issue as a lot of people make out on here.

 

He’s been putting in decent performances, has a quality left foot (Aribo should have done better with his chance from Thomas’ delivery) and his long throws might be useful if our players could organise themselves in the box so they can make first contact.

 

He also did very well defensively today.

I think that was his only touch.

 

Nothing to complain about with Luke. A mistake it coming, and it will lead to a melt down, but he's been alright.

 

Part of my thinks he's been hitting the gym. Those throws are definitely travelling further than they used to.

Didn’t watch today but think it’s pretty clear if he was here from like November / early December we’d probably not be in this much trouble, might still be looking over our shoulders but think we’d have picked up enough points to be okay

When you don't have one striker, that becomes very difficult.

 

I presume Rowett decides penalty takers - I could not believe I saw Daka about to take the penalty. Not his best decision. Having said that, he set the team up well and if we did have just one striker, I am sure we would have won against a poor Watford.

Shituentes was given a boost by having a reasonable start based on the work King did imo. As the months went on our record got worse and worse under him, he was a terrible manager l, probably the worst we have ever had in my opinion.

Why don’t our wingers run into space or pass the ball or do simple 1-2 over laps with the fullbacks or midfield.

 

I’m not sure who is in charge of the tactics but we don’t seem to have any plan or passages of play.

We look more solid but he hates the youths hardly played monga and Page hasn’t had a sniff, thought he looked very good when he played.
