I’m not totally blaming Gary but again another manager who don’t help himself.

Picks same team

same formation

same style of play

he’s made us a bit harder to beat with the draws at the start of the season would of been loses.

We’re are an absolute car crash the better this season finishes the better if we do somehow manage to stay up ( don’t think we will ) then expect the same next season in this division.

ive had a little thought go round my head 😂 we go down, Bham sacks Chris Davies and we appoint him.

He has not really got great options. It is laughable when commentators say we have.a squad of quality. We must have one of the worst strike forces in the division and we cant be that far off with the worst defence. Today we held out for less than two minutes!!!

On planet Rudkin, that perhaps makes sense.

Davies was assistant to the laughing gnome, so knows his way around Seagrave.

But his limitations have become clear this season, hence his underachievement with the brummies.

He would not halt our spiral of decline, let alone reverse it.

I feel sorry for him because he has the most disinterested, spoiled, lazy players to try and pick from.

I would love to see him just smack one of them just once. Not like a closed fist sucker punch. More like an open handed slap around the chops.

That's the Oxford probably operating on a tenth of our playing budget.

They'd have bitten your hand off for 21st place at the start of the season.

Our donation of four points to them could well come back to bite us..

You’ve really got it on for poor Olly haven’t you! 😀

He doesn’t hide. If he did then he wouldn’t have been running through to support Daka against Preston to be in a position to have that chance . He wouldn’t have been in the box today 1st half, had a lovely first touch to take the ball inside the defender ( but I guess you’ll say that was a fluke mis control) , hit a strong shot which commentators said brought a good save  from their motm goalkeeper, and wouldn’t have tried and scored that overhead kick a while back.

Both Winks and Skipp have failed to deliver consistently over the whole season. A weak midfield , crap defence , and our style of play, has caused our downfall.

I actually think he comes across as a nice lad off the pitch but in a Leicester shirt he hides in pressure situations and plays wall passes in pressure situations. He’s a second slower to react when he does have the ball at his feet so loses the ball a lot for someone who doesn’t really play with any risk. He’s also not got the composure to finish when he does find himself in the higher 8 position. I agree it’s a crap team and within that it’s a weak midfield with a manager who is locked into one formation (and maybe that’s not helping Skipp or Winks) but I just think midfielders need to dominate play, and I don’t ever see Skipp doing that, creatively or defensively.

Because he’s not a high 8. He’s a 6.

In Rowett’s only win, we played 4-1-4-1 and Skipp was in front of the defence. He was man of the match and as good as any individual, hardworking performance we’ve seen all season

Let’s pick a manager sacked by a team below us, with a worse ppg that his predecessor and expect any different.

No you’re right it’s the players, they shouldn’t be beating a team with 1 win all season and half a squad.

30 defeats from 41 games.
Clearly it’s the squad.

in fact why even bother having a manager in the first place

Outlandish but I think ruud does a better job than Marti and Rowett this season if he stayed on.

Certainly has achieved more than those two

What manager should we have got then?

Plenty of them lining up to jump at it obviously

There isn't till we get a proper recruitment team in place.

It’s a big world out there, that’s why execs are paid to do the jobs they do.

Lets go with only one manager was interested in a job with former premier league champions  and a team that won the fa cup 5 years ago.

is it a safe pair of hands, when his last job he was sacked for being shit from a team in the bottom 3

ironically pumped after 1 win in 10

He's not to blame. But hes failed as well

This is the right take I think. None of this is really his fault but he’s completely failed also. We’re just a complete mess. What a fvcking depressing disaster this is. Fvck me.

Any decent manager would take one look at our squad and finances and have a massive laugh.

We could have got Coberan instead of Cooper that's when it all went Jeffery Schlupp.
