That was an absolute abomination of a performance today. I went with high hopes of at least seeing some effort today after the Boro performance but there was nothing there. No fight, no energy, no ability just nothing.

 

Ayew should brought into the office, paid up & have his contract ripped up I front of his eyes. Absolute mercenary. Does not even have the decency to let the fans vent their frustration at him at the end of the game. He’s an embarrassment.

I admit I am watching on Sky, just watched pundits absolutely shaming our defenders, Norwich 14 injuries. Poor Mark Albrighton that must have been embarrasing to be there representing our shocking players.

Not too long ago, I came on here and argued that we'd have enough. Then post Boro' I was optimistic, and was even looking forward to the game.

 

We were outplayed by a side not that many points above. We were out faught, someone always closing us down, yet we didn't do the same. Arguably one of the weaker sides with a lot of injuries. Who are we going to beat in this league? We've no goal threat. We can't defend.

 

I was wrong. We are getting relegated.

 

Edit: As for the defending on that second goal; school boy? Sunday league? It would be an insult to either.

I really don’t think any manager can sort this squad out. Their heads have gone! It’s a deep routed psychological crisis born out of relentless defeats, poor performances and relegation after relegation. The whole squad needs disbanding.

The shocking thing is despite how bad we are, this squad is made up of players who have either played regular PL football, some have played in European competitions, and others who are regular International footballers, yet game in game out we keep getting mugged off by players who wouldn't look out of place in League 2 as we're constantly out worked. It's not on, there's absolutely no excuse for these performances, where is the professional pride?!?
