we were playing a team already on the beach and just about managed to snatch a draw. At 1-0 up after 3 minutes we should have gone out to kill the game off.

 

Just shows how low expectations are now that we should be celebrating and lauding the players for a 2-2 home draw to Preston North End. Standards are on the floor.

Should have won. Crap result but we had the chances and the domination to put them away. 

 

Just a shame we lack the quality. 

 

There's fight in us still, but the quality isn't consistently there, if at all.

proper captain would be having choice words after the ref bottled that clear red on Daka (yes, he has to stop it there rather than allowing the Skipp chance, but it's the only correct decision, serious foul play even ignoring the dogso element), but there's no leadership on the pitch to do so

Such a weird game, but we lost it when we lost all intensity after going 1-0 up and relaxing. We really need to learn that's when we have to turn it up a notch but we just don't, we lose initiative and end up fecking it all up.

TBF we battered them second half and we should have won in the end.  Both our goals though, we're from Preston errors, not good play of our own. But daka finished well both times.

Can't see anything though that suggests we are getting out of this mess, anything but a convincing win on Monday and the final nail has been banged in, in my opinion.

How does that work? Twenty Thirty-five yards out running in the direction of the corner flag and without having the ball under control? 

 

Was irritated by the ref letting their players repeatedly maul Fatawu, but unless there's a new definition of "goal scoring chance" (or another rule I'm not aware of?) I can't see how the Daka foul is a clear red card.

Blabbering on about there’s still plenty of time to win this in the 91st minute, it’s a great point under the circumstances, we haven’t lost any ground etc etc.
