Actually I'd have probably started Monga over Mavididi. That's about it.

They were never gonna be in. Anyone listening to what Rowatt says is deluded unfortunately. Be surprised if we see JJ again this season, achilles he isn't just gonna recover from in a week.

I was joking more than anything. Maybe Monga, but no chance our liver and onions manager was going to do that.

would have preferred monga over mavididi given stephys form is abysmal, but with the injury to JJ, about the best we can put out.

I too would’ve given Monga one final start/chance. Hes been very underwhelming this season compared to what we might have expected and with Stiffy’s dismal ‘form’ since late 2023…

I don’t know, I had a horrendous pain in my Achilles about 2 months ago that kept me from doing any running, 10 days of exercise off my feet and it’s been spot on since.

I would have started Monga over Mav, and BDR over Mukasa, Mukasa is a talented boy, but he makes some poor decisions on the ball, releases it far too late, and is often far too casual in possession and his on his overall demeanour. 
 

I wouldn’t be against trying a back 3 either….. Bringing Aluko and Ricardo further forward.

I’m a Rowett fan and was a big advocate of him staying here beyond this season but he’s testing my patience now
