I meant to say potential, not credentials 😂 but feel like he has the ambition and resilience needed to steer this absolute dead weight of a club around. Any appointment is going to be a gamble but someone with his energy, commitment and loyalty to the club is better than the average lcfc appointment

My worry is we seem to appoint a worse manager than the previous one. With the exception being Maresca. We are such a mess that it wouldn’t surprise me if King is in charge at the start of next season. 1
Muzzy_no7 Posted 18 April Author Posted 18 April Spudders and Bottom will be pulling eachother off looking at what BBM has done with Enzo-ball at Cardiff. 1000% Ben Wilkinson is in charge by 1st July

Rubbersoul Posted 18 April Posted 18 April Considering we’ll have to lean on the youngsters it surely has to be someone willing to play them. Which will mean they go for someone who only uses players 28+
Gazza M Posted 18 April Posted 18 April Just dont trust what Top and Rudkin are going to do next. Someone like Mowbray would be an excellent appointment in the third tier. Just think Mowbray would see straight through them and not be interested. It will be a lazy appointment like Chris Davies.
LcFc_Smiv Posted 18 April Posted 18 April Mowbray is horrendous, I have Rovers and Baggies mates who both have hated watching their teams under him. Doesnt get his best out of the better players, obsessed with playing his forwards out wide, either makes loads of changes that make no sense, or is stubborn to make changes when needed.
Foxdiamond Posted 19 April Posted 19 April Whoever the manager is. Get the appointment sorted pronto and get a full preseason in together with the staff
An Away Move Posted 19 April Posted 19 April Mark Robins if we can get him. He’d be perfect for us in the situation we’re going to be in. 3
whoareyaaa Posted 19 April Posted 19 April (edited) Mowbray or Fuchs probably the only people that would turn it around imo and both would probably take the job Edited 19 April by whoareyaaa
Rubbersoul Posted 19 April Posted 19 April It’ll be Chris Davies. Brum will sack him and he plays that dreadful style of play Aiyawatt loves 3

TheUltimateWinner Posted 19 April Posted 19 April Not sure but can guarantee we will spend all summer arsing about Starting pre season with no manager and having our inept DOF make transfers which the new manager ultimately won’t like This disjointed pre season will eat into our main season Rinse and repeat until King Power **** off 2
