This seems to imply that I might be correct in thinking that the delay over Martin's appointment, has been held up, as we're trying to agree a deal with West Brom, for Gill to come in as Assistant Manager.

Would not be surprised if it is Brussell delaying it because he has seen how shite we have been at sorting the backroom staff of previous managers

 

Wants to come in with everyone else already joining rather than wait another 4-6 weeks for his other staff to then join

Which the club currently doesn't have the players to make it truly effective or the resources to obtain the quality needed.

 

It's a system that is nullified with the opposing team just keeping it's defensive discipline, and waiting for the eventual fvck up at the back when one of the "passes for the sake of aimless possession" goes astray...  

 

For me its not just the philosophy and brand of football he will adopt but the fact I can't stand the bloke.  His voice irritates me, he talks total bollocks, and he's an arrogant blame shifting bell3nd, especially when chips are down.

 

 He is polar opposite to what we need in every facit.

If Martin does get appointed, please overhaul the coaching staff including King. I think it would be a requirement of any manager to have their own trusted staff in.

Stick king with u21s/18s where he was before he got bumped up to keep fans onside.

And for him to develop as a coach, probably go back to enjoy coaching rather than the shitshow of the first team

Completely agree. 
I couldn’t remember the other one. 
None of them should be anywhere near the first team. 
Hughes and Sadler should be gone. 
Send King to the youth team.

Hence why I said I have reservations about how we will back him.
