Relegation to league one confirmed but the scary thing is this doesn't even feel close to rock bottom to me.

Until that sorry excuse for an owner goes there's no getting behind a successful rebuild and to be perfectly honest I wouldn't rule out another drop.

So where does this end? Will he not be fully satisfied until there is no Leicester City to support. I don't get the impression he's hurt by any of this

The club is in absolute disarray and somehow the fanbase is somehow split. I've never seen such a mess of a football club

Rock bottom will be when we rack up 3 wins in a row at the start of next season and 90% of the fan base start worshipping KP again and calling anyone still questioning the ownership miserable.

Admin, points deductions like Luton and Sheff Weds, drop to League Two. Sell off assets and struggle for several years to come.

Which is what is going to happen under KP.

Rock bottom could be anywhere with the current stewardship of the club - League 2, Non league, liquidation. Any of those scenarios are realistic outcomes with the current framework in place.

This all lies with Top now, who I believe is caught up in a situation where I'm certain he feels guilty and responsible for what's happened but is caught in between a 'I need to make this better' and 'I can't change this for the better, I need to let somebody else do it'.

I pray to god he's thinking the latter, but strongly fear he's thinking the former. If that's the case, then I feel the answer to your question is we'll go out of business.

I think there's potential for it to be last night so long as the necessary changes are made.

But the necessary changes won't be made and we'll continue to sink.

Playing Harborough town in the Conference in three seasons time!

And it being a Category A fixture, and Top saying the players need the fans in the programme notes

I think when they make us a regular third tier club. That's us done. We should not be in the third tier, it's a disgrace, but with no future under King Power I think they will turn us into one of those former big clubs stuck in the third tier (or potentially lower).

Yep and I think that the likelihood of that is higher and more imminent than some people realise.

Depends what happens in the next 6 weeks.

If we've not removed multiple cancers by then and have a new board / manager in place, there's no reason to think we will be competitive in League One.

Problem is identifying the cancer. After 44 games they still look as though they have never played together before. 50% of passes go amiss. The look unfit. Fours managers and nothing has changed, what exactly is going on at Seagrave?

It'll be radio silence over the summer like always

They have zero respect for the fans

I don't think we'll drop to League Two but I do think we'll just stumble along and exist in League One for some time..

Just think of reading this as a post even 5 years ago
