Isn’t £404 our cheapest season ticket?

Probably but it’s the 21st most expensive in the FL.

Everyone is free to do as they please.

However, we all know what to expect from the club by now so by allowing them to continue as normal by ‘supporting’ them, it does mean you can’t really complain about things continuing to go wrong.

We will be there to complain if necessary.

Strange logic 🤔 there's 23 home games a season so you will be missing out on 13 - 8.

Yeah I just meant if after 8-13 games you suddenly decide you want back in… it won’t be difficult to get a ticket.

They use the price of the cheapest ST at each club to determine who is the most expensive, supposedly.

Wouldn’t surprise me if they had also messed the season tickets up totally and double sold seats etc.. can’t be trusted to get anything right

I reckon take up has not been good as anticipated, the statement is very specifically worded to avoid giving any indication of what the reason is. However what we do know is for the first time in a very long time it made it to general sale .

At the time the renewals were released the club will no doubt, given previous form, will have been in complete denial of the prospect of relegation to league one and therefore never contemplated the impact of dropping into league one. I genuinely think the club are busy number crunching and modelling the impact of implementing a reduction to increase numbers and also preparing refunds or a voucher for the club shop to compensate people who have already committed.

My prediction is the new manager will be announced within the next 2 weeks and this will coincide with a relaunch of season tickets at reduced prices, following an ‘internal review’ in the aftermath of relegation.

Are you new to internal reviews at Leicester City?

I agree with most of your post, but to say this bit is fanciful is an understatement.

If we don't get promoted next year will be the shit show.

Those that stick it out/KP disciples less likely to fancy a second L1 season.

The newly minted ST's may well less likely to renew than those who have had for years.

No waiting list to fall back on

My theory - as boring as it is - is that ST's haven't sold out & they are keeping the rest until about Oct/Nov, where they will put them back on the market as 'Half Season Tickets'.

Blimey, they haven’t dug the half season tickets out for over a decade now.

That does take you back, one season I recall they even did a mid week season ticket consisting of the 5 midweek games you start with at the beginning of the season. This was Milan Mandaric era though.

I moved to perm from a half which I got a year or so after I graduated so they can work.

Trying something from years ago is sort of a step towards innovation so doubt it will happen.

Will prob just add a 5% onto foxes rewards at best

So they will replace the 5% they have already taken away for STH?

Ha didn't realise they had done that, no longer being a ST holder..

I haven’t brought anything from the club shop in a few years so don’t know when it was changed but I noticed it on the STH benefits towards the end of last season
