2026 /2027 season tickets

Mine has finally arrived, and now safely in my wallet.

mines finally allowed me to download the ticket to my wallet

Does it say 26/27 on it? 
 

Just downloaded the new one so all sorted now with the correct season on, thought it updated automatically within the wallet as burton was displayed but new ones in, old ones deleted

Should be on the download section, you’ve got to download each one again and add them to the wallet

Just for info...if you have had a physical card over the last couple of seasons it will work again this year.

I’ve had an email about downloading my season ticket, but the right hand side of the email is cut off.  Anyone else got this?!!

Yep. It isn't displaying correctly.

But a mate forwarded me theirs and I did note this bit:

Kindly note that if you had a mobile season ticket for 2025/26 season your ticket will automatically update

Mine still says 2025/26 even after a manual refresh this morning (does say Burton though)

Apparently clicking the link and downloading results in two in your wallet a 2026/27 and a 2025/26.

Had a link also for my lads but he’s still under 8. I thought we just kept the card?

My other half had a card (entitled to one) last season and has just had a link for a mobile ticket, I on the other hand haven't had a link. Once again ticket office are proving to be a bunch of idiots. PS we know we are just keeping the card

Same with my son, I emailed them and they said they've sent an email (which they haven't) and told me it should be available to download on his profile (which it isn't)

I've got mine now managed to find an email they'd sent to an old email address I don't really use, I guess it's the one you use to set up their account.

Still waiting for my lads physical card to come. He's a new season ticket holder this year. Anyone else still waiting? They've only had about 2 months to send it out!

Chased it today, not had a reply. Was told on the 17th of last month it would be sent at the end of July.

Still waiting for an email to download mobile ticket as its not showing up in my wallet. 

 

Probably will email the club and ask them to resend, but wondered if anyone else is still waiting?

If you had a card last season, you had to apply to have a new one this year as I understood it. Cut off date was end of May I think. Not that they advertised it very well .

 

I missed the deadline, so now I've got 3 kids to bloody scan in before I can enter, where as last season I could just send them in with their card and it was just me to fiddle with my phone. It really does take so much longer.

So I have two season tickets in my wallet showing the Burton game. Is the one that says 25/26 obsolete? It would make sense tha would be the case but I don’t trust the club.

When I downloaded mine (from the email) it added the new one to the wallet (showing the Burton game), and the old one was automatically moved into archived passes, and it's not showing any game.

 

Therefore I'd expect the old one shouldn't be showing the Burton game. However, mine's Android, I guess it varies for Apple, and between different versions of the operating system/wallet though.

My old one was also showing burton and 25/26 season. Just to be on the safe side I would download the new one. You should have had an email or it be available in your ticket section on the site by now. Then when it adds delete the old pass.. it’s a minutes job for half hour stress at the turnstiles if it refuses you.

Is this true re the cards? Didn't know that.
