Late for training etc on repeat occasion

Was that the issue or hearsay?

If so, props to Russell for setting his standards early on.

Not a great first impression from Admir though.

depends how late is late, if he's a minute or 2 its not too bad but still good on Russel for setting his standards, if he's getting beyond 5-10 mins late its a bigger issue

Nah, footballers have so little discipline the little things make a difference. If this is the case then fair play to Brussel.

no either way I back Russel for taking this stance, I was talking about how big of an issue this might be with Bristric specifically

Beyond a comment on here there's nothing to suggest he was dropped for being late.  Yet you're rolling with it.

given the issues we've had with how players have acted in recent years that's understandable

The guy’s only been in the country three weeks and playing for a club whose even own fans realise don’t create many chances. Give him a chance - figuratively and literally!

Sounds the same when Vards arrived he couldn’t get anything right then the 2nd season I believe he started being the Vardy we became to take to our hearts and love, Admir has only just arrived he’s not used to the physical side of English football but seeing his runs positioning & skills on the ball that this lad will really become another fans favourite he’ll get some real help from the older pros alike Riis and I can see him doing well for us !

As someone who is always early, you don’t get paid for this so being early is showing added commitment and not just to be taken for granted.

If you start work at let’s say 8am,

I don’t think it’s to much to expect a someone to arrive at 7.55am for an 8am start,

rather than walking in at bang on 8am,

and not being ready beyond when they are told to start work,

though it wouldn’t surprise me if players ask for overtime for being on the pitch beyond the 90th minute nowadays,

and extra money for working away every other weekend

Talksport were told and tweeted by their own staff for ‘non football reasons’ pre match
