Been taking my lad for 4ish years now, hes 9. Said he'd had enough for the first time today. Worryingly seemed like he meant it. So little to cling to anymore with this horror show

To be honest I think it's clear even top doesn't care, I think he's checked out of running the club and basically let the rest of the board/management run it. I think we have a entire structure of people who frankly, don't give a damn (or don't have a clue what they're doing). And that bleeds into the team, unfortunately. And then the fans.

But it can't excuse the shite show today, sadly we looked like what we are, a u21 team playing against real teams with proper players.

I'm not going to go on one at the kids, it ain't their fault. But I am actually hoping some of the more experienced signings and what's left of the previous players, can now chip in. Or we're proper fookd. Again.

Was Top there today?

Piper said he was getting verbals from a group of fans around the 60-70 min mark, which was getting a lot of attention from people around that area.

On the OPs point about people not caring, you come out the ground and people are more bothered about the decisions the ref made rather than the shambles of our club, the manager and the embarrassment on the pitch.

I obviously care and still get rattled but just try to see the funny side of it now

Same for me.

I find it a bit like that scene in Planes, trains and automobiles, where Steve Martin and John Candy are stood on the motorway watching their hire car going up in flames, and they just laugh uncontrollably.

It's either that or get angry and sad, again.

The absolute last thing we need is the experienced players or what's left of the previous regimes.

It needs energy, fitness, structure, tactics,  talent and, yes, the much mocked (on here) passion..

If I never see Bob, Thomas, Burns, Cullen, Souttar again, it'll be too soon

Edit; And Chaplin. and McCarthy. I just don't want them representing us. I'd rather lose.

Walking out of the ground and seeing people have a joke and laugh, people taking selfies etc, seemingly unaffected by the destruction of our football club right in front of our eyes.

The lack of anger is palpable.

We are where we are

The ref was terrible, we were worse though

A little Schrodinger's cat for me in that I both care immensely and not at all.

Results like today leave me a sense of hopelessness and foreboding, which is a clear indicator that it still hurts and the care is there. However, the club is so far from what I fell in love with that it's difficult to care as much as I would have done in the past.

One of the biggest feelings right now is embarrassment, which is an odd one for something that I can't control in any way shape or form. However, as somebody who is surrounded by fans of other clubs and living outside of Leicestershire, it's genuinely embarrassing to be associated with the club at the moment.

Is that a real person? If so she has intelligence of a sea sponge and probably the personality of one too!

Lost interest since the Championship winning season and Enzo ball was boring lol

Now what happens on the pitch is largely irrelevant until the board have gone, especially Rudkin.

My lad's six months old now, wonder if I'll be taking him to LCFC games or a local non league outfit! His mum supports Forest so I've got a mission to make sure he doesn't follow them...

This Dumbo will be tweeting the same shit when we're in a relegation battle in April.

Cos for people like this it's not about the club, it's not about how we do. It's pure narcissism. It's to claim that when times are good and we do well again, which we will, they backed the team every step of the way.

These people are exactly the type who claim to be fans but aren't. Truly selfish main character syndromes.

Agree with all that. But to add, they also don't get the game.

She'd be the sort to buy stadium gig tickets to Harry styles or Taylor Swift or Jay-Z. Jet2 Holidays. Birthday meals at nandos. Nice clothes from Zara. Turkey crown for Christmas. Bottomless brunch. West end to see the Lion King. Weekend in Barcelona. Live, laugh, Love.

I can only speak for myself, but I've totally fallen out of love with football at a high level, there's too much money involved it is just a ruination of the sport, this is irrespective to Leicester.

Bear with me here because this will sound half nonsensical, but a part of me looked forward to each season after relegation, each time since Rodgers, naively thinking yes we're in the shit but it should improve from here on in right, perhaps slowly but.

Its the lack of any kind of improvement that leads to genuine fans no longer caring.

Recruitment alone, we've made piss poor decisions season after season, this season being no different. 3 and 4 year deals for mediocre - I'm being generous - players  that we will now be stuck with like ****ing anchors.

We are not an enigma. We fully understand why we are in this position. The rest of the happy clapping nonsense I will ignore.

She will be gobbing off on blue tinted tomorrow. Spends more time slagging the fans off than the players. You only have to listen to her for a couple of minutes to understand she has no ****ing idea what she is watching on the pitch.

Catch her tomorrow morning on blue tinted glasses with the nonce Graham Brock

There is definitely a little group enjoying this. The kudos of being there when were crap. The chance to be a "proper fan". Not realising we could lose a generation of support if this continues.
