Raj Posted 22 May 2008 Posted 22 May 2008 I am reading the Harry Potter's again. Currently on 'Prisoner of Azkaban'. Probably my favourite book. The last two upset me. aaahhh how sweet!!!

Agreed, it's beautiful. Serious work. Lacking inspiration currently, any suggestions. P.s just finished a Doug Stanhope book which is so funny i nearly cried my eyes out, it's to do with baiting a certain type of criminal. Check it out

Have you seen the XXX Harry Potter where Ron fcuks Hermione up her wrong one??? Its a good one. I Think LilDave3 has it,if you ask him nicely he'll give you it. And he'll give you the DVD too...... P.S Dummydore aint dead is he anyway??/ Im sure in the last book he's alive. Not that im sad enough tro have read any of them!!!

Lillehamring Posted 17 June 2008 Posted 17 June 2008 ahh, books! i was just thinking of posting in here, as i have just started the excellent 'hotel room' by agnar mykle... despite it being set in a small wintery town in norway in the 50s, and being a sort of court room drama, it is, so far, crammed full of sex and violence. highly recommended. before that i read 'the company she keeps' by mary mccarthy, a great novel, by a relatively unknown american writer from just before WWII, she has a great style and the book is split into very different parts telling the tale of a divorcee and the guys she ends up with.
