It would have to be someone really eye-opening and/or we had a chance of getting permanently in the summer to make it worth our while.

Every week since Milan has taken over, we've been told a deal is close blah blah blah and then come thursday/friday we are then told thats not the case, unless we are actually quite close to signing someone I wish they wouldn't tell they are and get our hopes up The panic is over because we are safe from relegation. No offence to the likes of Yeates, Horsfield and Jarrett but how many of us would want to keep them beyond this season? I wouldnt. I would much rather that the scouts started to look at the Bosmans and potential permanent signings in prepartion for next season.

Saying you are "hoping" or "trying" to bring someone in is not a guarantee! Secondly is nobody said anything you'd probably sit there, with many others and ask "What's going on, why aren't we trying to sign players?"

How the ex-director knows this i don't know, just passing on what i've heard.
