Hahaha absolute banter team. Win two games to give people hope, just like in the t20 when they won 3 in a row, only to play the worst cricket imaginable. Shambles of a bowling performance, poor catching, fielding, bowling too short. After winning the toss to give away 400 nearly is ridiculous. Then 20-4 in reply. Disaster of a season this is.

Holland was batting 9 or 10 for Washington Freedom, which is closer to where he is as a batsman now. They did have the likes of Steve Smith, Glen Maxwell and Rachin Ravindra batting higher up though, so no shoddy batting lineup.

Didn't they both arrive from Oxford at a time when Oxford and Cambridge still produced county cricketers. Sutcliffe was also a boxing blue, if I remember rightly.

To be fair they've done absolutely incredibly after being 20-4. Would have been easy to be skittled for 100 and get off the park. De Swardt has been brilliant. Our best bowler by a mile in last two games and a brilliant knock today. Not sure Kelly coming back does us any good, we now lose a good bowler. Massive positive is Sheikh, two brilliant knocks in a row. Hopefully we take confidence from making a game of it.

Not just the dropped catches , but to concede 39 extras didn't help, 24 of them wides , the extra balls given to them probably the difference between winning and losing.

Frustrating as if we had improved marginally in some of those other areas we would have won.

Lost the first 4 wickets for 22 then the next for 340 😂😂 Bailey’s opening spell was great but like @Bert said, you can be spilling so many chances. Just need to bounce back against the scum on Tuesday now.

Picking Hull was pointless, bowled 4 shit overs and didn't bat. Waste of a man. Would have been better off with one of the Greens. Alex in particular didn't deserve to be dropped. Jennings should have been run out before he got 100 and Harris dropped on 6 made 71. Holland got smacked everywhere. We just weren't good enough in the field but we did really well to make a game of it.

Both Green’s were ‘rested’ and I think Alex might be secretly glad given his average & strike rate. Poor Hull is really struggling with his confidence. Looks like he needs a break.  Why Holland kept banging it in I have no idea.
