A little like Darren Stevens, the pace he bowls at won't have too much of an affect on him physically. He's a well-travelled, intelligent bloke, so he's probably weighing everything up. I'm only speculating, but having American citizenship could open up a range of opportunities for him, cricket's in the Olympics over there in 2 years, for example.

He isn't good enough to get in the USA side don't think he's played for them in the last 4 years

Better if Surrey were to win and lose everything to a pitch marked down as a "sh1t tip"; that way both teams earn almost nothing from the game.

Josh Hull can get in the bin. Bowls at least 2 boundary balls every over. Liability. Terrible day. Put them in and they get full batting points, disaster.
