Northants will be close to chasing the highest score of the match, in the 4th innings. That is almost impossible.

A 300 lead would be great as it almost guarantees a crack with a second new ball, which can make all the difference. No sure the wisdom of Green taking singles off the first ball and exposing Hull to five balls.

Not sure why Green went for a big hit at the end of the innings when we were frustrating them and edging so close to setting them 300, which would have been a big psychological blow.
