Sorry to hear that Roo, was he from Leicester?

This one wasn't, Born and Bred in Australia.

Had skin cancer most his life since Borneo in World War II, fought like the solider he was right until the end, saddest thing was mental he was still all there and was even telling the nurses what dosage of medication he was on and brought some shares and sent some emails on his I pad a couple days ago.

He sounds like an interesting fellow. I always like hearing about older people who manage to keep up with technology. I suppose it gives me more hope for when I reach that sort of age. Shame when people die before they might have done regardless of age.

MsFoxy is in Winchester seeing StepFoxy1 so myself and FoxyJr had a great day out.

Seeing dinosaurs (person in a costume but made his day), ice cream (& beer) then the cinema. However Planes 2 was absolute shit and he wanted to leve after 45 mins.

Taking him to e zoo tomorrow. (Although I find Belfast zoo to be one of the most depressing places I've ever been)

My chickens have finally started laying eggs!! And I tell you what, all the getting up early to feed them, to clean the coop out,  locking them away at night.... those two eggs are the absolute best tasting eggs I have ever tasted.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Special mention has to go to my Rooster who I have named Big Daddy. Shags ten birds every hour and can still walk straight....

Just done a 10pm til 6:30am shift, next up is a 12pm til 4:30pm shift then a midnight til 7:30am one, the things I agree to for money. I'll barely fit in 3 hours sleep in between the last 2 :(

Spending your time whining on another football team's forum instead of trying to sleep probably won't help that.

Rainy bank holiday so we decide to go to Ikea. 3 quarters of an hour to get on the carpark and then the thing we wanted wasn't in stock.  :@

Quite a good day at Our Leicester Day although it was spoilt a little with them splitting the stands up between Gallowtree Gate/Humberstone Gate and the Market. All the controversial/charity stands were in the market where Peter Soulsby kept away from  He visited the ones where he could have his photo taken and tell people what a good job he was doing.

It never helped either with having Skyride go by the market blocking peope off. still we had some interest in our stand and there were some good causes represented.

 

Had to smile though. Opposite us was a stall representing pagan and witches. (White ones) and one of the chaps on ours runs his own church. Non affiliated to the major ones and when I pointed them out he held his hands up and crossed his fingers.

He was saying that it is bad luck to throw Tarot cards away. You are supposed to pass them on. Like I said to him Old Wives Tales,

 

I've started to use Tumblr again so any posts you don't want to see on here you will be able to see on there. Apart from this one. I am #Evil-Ken-Evil
