Right I wanna say something about O'Neill, don't get me wrong he's a great manager and I think he would do a ok job as England manager, BUT I think he is slightly overrated, I think the over performed at Leicester (Not a bad thing at all), he then went to Celtic...Scotland, Not the hardest league to manage in, He then took time out the game to look after his ill wife, and is not a Villa doing ok but not doing that well.
