shrek1971 Posted 4 January 2008 Posted 4 January 2008 City sign winger http://www.lcfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/Lates...1206886,00.html
MikeyT Posted 6 January 2008 Posted 6 January 2008 Just watching the F.A. Cup game between Burnley and Arsenal, and ive never really seen him play before, but Kyle Lafferty looks fairly decent on the Burnley left wing. We could do alot worse than sign someone like him!! Looks pretty decent! He's 6'4 as well, so would be handy during set pieces as well.
MikeyT Posted 6 January 2008 Posted 6 January 2008 I know its a load of old b*llocks but i thought everyone could have a laugh! Ok from football rumours: "Muzzy Izzet has pursuaded his brother Kem to sign for his old club Leicester for £650,000. The deal for the Colchester midfielder should be finalised by Monday". Hmmm, wonder why i think this is a load of balls! also: "With mccormick off to joining Holloway at the sinking ship that is Leicester, Plymouth will look to bring in inexperianced Trevor Langworth from lower league Staines Town, where he has been impressing a number of clubs inc. Chelsea and Arsenal. he will infact choose Plymouth due to his long–term support". and Finally: "Fulop to Leicester on perminant deal if Leicester can afford the £1.5 million price tag fulop who recently has been on loan there says he is enjoying the best football of his life". What a load of shite! haha

Sniffer-Clarke Posted 6 January 2008 Posted 6 January 2008 Now just seen this on Transfer rumours:"Leicester City to sign Andy O Brian from Bolton for 500,000 k in a swap deal witch will take James Wesolowski to the Reebok Stadium. Jason Koumas to complete his loan deel to the Walkers in the next few days". Hope there is some truth in that.
RowlattsFox Posted 6 January 2008 Posted 6 January 2008 I was impressed with David Edwards of Luton today, i would like to see how he plays when he isnt playing against Liverpool but he looked like the type of centre midfielder we need.
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 7 January 2008 Posted 7 January 2008 I read in an Aus newspaper to today That atacking midfeilder Nick Carle is hottly being persued by Bristol with intrest from Leicester and Shefeild United Would be a decent signing but think it is a load of shite
Nick Posted 7 January 2008 Posted 7 January 2008 From football rumours.........hmmmm, sorry. Ollie has lost patience with his current Leicester squad. In Gabor Bori Hungarian winger Loan Darren Carter exch For Fryatt Carlton Cole – Loan fee agreed (the Hammers could make a major signing in next few days) Wayne Routledge – Loan (agreed fee of £2 million) Paul Rodgers Arsenal RB or centre back Lee Martin – Man U Gary Cahill Thomas Sorenson – Loan Kritian Nemeth – Liverpool Bradley Johnson Obviously a major amount of players will be sold to accomodate these exciting signings

MikeyT Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 Anyone else disappointed we havent signed anyone in last 48 hours now?
Fez of Mahrez Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 Anyone else disappointed we havent signed anyone in last 48 hours now? Not in the slightest. If we signed someone every 48 hours for the whole of the transfer window we'd end up with another 15 shitters on the wage bill.
Ric Flair Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 Anyone else disappointed we havent signed anyone in last 48 hours now? Only because there have been a couple of players who have gont to other clubs that i'd have liked to have seen here (Martin, Chaplow, Ebanks-Blake etc).
FleckneyFox Posted 11 January 2008 Posted 11 January 2008 http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11688_3039928,00.html dont know if anyone makes anything of that left winger.

FleckneyFox Posted 12 January 2008 Posted 12 January 2008 http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,12876_3041361,00.html Any of those would be brilliant for us i think especially Ross Wallace, Greg Halford and Ian Harte they'd really strengthen us further down the flanks.

Ian Hartes pretty lethal with set plays, could be useful in bringing Sheehan along.
STUHILL Posted 12 January 2008 Posted 12 January 2008 Like the sound of Ross Wallace, is he a winger?? Although even if he is with Roy Keane's prices of late, he could cost us millions!!
Tommy G Posted 18 January 2008 Author Posted 18 January 2008 Ian Hartes pretty lethal with set plays, could be useful in bringing Sheehan along. Too old I'd say, he would only be here to pick up a decent pay cheque. No thanks
teblin Posted 18 January 2008 Posted 18 January 2008 Ian Hartes pretty lethal with set plays, could be useful in bringing Sheehan along. Doesn't matter what happens with sheehan he'll always be too slow.
