CupidStunt Posted 28 December 2007 Posted 28 December 2007 Seen on another forum Hume might be off to fulham or everton, sounds hard to believe everton want him tho, there is no source or link nfo. Anyone know anymore about this?
James. Posted 28 December 2007 Posted 28 December 2007 TALKING BALLS What's newtonfox like for reliability anyone? Babylon?
Babylon Posted 28 December 2007 Posted 28 December 2007 TALKING BALLSWhat's newtonfox like for reliability anyone? Babylon? Newton
teblin Posted 28 December 2007 Posted 28 December 2007 He's not bad to be fair. seems to have a few contacts. He's also saying that Fulop deal is agreed too.
Steven Posted 28 December 2007 Posted 28 December 2007 TALKING BALLSWhat's newtonfox like for reliability anyone? Babylon? Pretty good though he has got some things wrong this year.
Flynny Posted 28 December 2007 Posted 28 December 2007 I could kinda see Hume at Everton, he's a Moyes sort of character. I'd still be suprised if it happens, though. I'd never have thought scouts would rate him quite that highly.
Staf Posted 28 December 2007 Posted 28 December 2007 Would be gutted to see him leave but i wouldnt mind him going for a few million
Simon Posted 28 December 2007 Posted 28 December 2007 Pretty good though he has got some things wrong this year. Like Danny Murphy signing...
Bryn Posted 28 December 2007 Posted 28 December 2007 My head says that if we get a good price we should spell, as though he is one of our best players he is replaceable. However, my heart is saying that to lose Hume would be to get rid of one of the few people at the club who come close to legend status, a guy who has always tried his hardest for us and has performed for us.
Joe. Posted 28 December 2007 Posted 28 December 2007 Sounds unlikely to me, but to be fair to Hume he's been a very good player for us in a bad team. Who knows what he could be like in a better team?
Fox in a Box Posted 28 December 2007 Posted 28 December 2007 Shall I ask him....... he lives 5 minutes away from my house?
WetFlannel Posted 28 December 2007 Posted 28 December 2007 Humes the one player who never gets criticized and theres a reason for that... hes the one player who I couldn't ask more from, as every lofted ball into him he would challenge, every wayward ball he would chase... And he always keeps his head down and his feet firmly on the floor, shame none of the other players could share his attitude
TheBlinding Posted 28 December 2007 Posted 28 December 2007 Maybe if Mcfadden goes to Celtic they'll be looking for a replacement or something, can't see it though.
Daggers Posted 28 December 2007 Posted 28 December 2007 Ridiculous. Hume is barely a Championship player - he would be an embarrasment in the Premiership. The only thing I can think of is that the managers have watched a three minute clip of him on Youtube.
eaststandtom Posted 28 December 2007 Posted 28 December 2007 we need a striker in to play with fryatt (or campbell) someone who will give the front pairing balance which we dont have at the moment. hume puts in great effort but, for me, is far too inconsistent and , for someone who has ability, frustrating. a couple of million in and thank you very much!!!
LCFC2007 Posted 28 December 2007 Posted 28 December 2007 I think that Iain Hume is the one player that Leicester can rely on so if we lose him then we can say bye bye to the Championship and hello to League 1 as we wont have anyone that could bring us a few goals.
RowlattsFox Posted 28 December 2007 Posted 28 December 2007 If we get a decent prize I would sell him, he's been a decent player for us in the last couple of years but he is not irreplaceable. The problem with Hume is that he isnt an out-an-out striker but he isnt a midfielder either. I can't see Everton wanting him but Fulham maybe, even though they already have enough championship standard strikers.
Simi Posted 28 December 2007 Posted 28 December 2007 We should be looking at, at least 1 million for this.
Koke Posted 28 December 2007 Posted 28 December 2007 Can't see Everton wanting him, he's not good enough for them. Fulham, yes maybe. We should milk every penny out of these Prem clubs so we shouldn't accept anything under 1 million quid.
Lovejoy Posted 28 December 2007 Posted 28 December 2007 He's not bad to be fair. seems to have a few contacts. He's also saying that Fulop deal is agreed too. TBH in a choice of keeping Hume or Signing Fulop, I'd have to say sign Marton! Still want Hume to stay though!
lookwhaticando Posted 28 December 2007 Posted 28 December 2007 Fulham had a Championship player fettish under Lawrie Sanchez... and who can blame them? Building for the future (in the division below)!! Twat.
