Well LCFC seem to be taking another step towards winning the Laughing Stock of the Year Award so let's not take all this too seriously.

Hume = best (scored the most goals for City)

Howard is potentially our best but won't be our best striker until he starts knocking some goals in for us.

Cort is our worst striker followed closely by Hammond.

Can't under why anyone would say Hammond's our worst striker seeing he hasn't been able to play. He scored more goals (6 in 19 starts) than Fryatt (4 in 23) last season and, although people said that was just a freak outcome because Fryatt was injured, Hammond's 6 in 19 would still be twice as good as fully-fit Fryatt's 3 in 20 this season.

Seems to me that people will just believe what they like whatever the facts say.

Hume is our best striker and Campbell comes next. It is probably reasonable to assume that Howard will eventually be our second best striker but it's not guaranteed.

Cort is our worst striker. The rest are as bad as one another not counting John who's been here on loan and Fryatt who's probably number four.

Firstly I can't understand why everybody seems to be assuming that Howard will become our best striker it just isn't writen in stone. I'm not saying that he won't become our best striker its just people shouldn't be getting any hopes about him is all I think, we're all done it before and look where it got us :frusty:

Hume has been our most effective striker to date but does this mean hes our best? Surely if DJ or John had been fully match fit their'd of banged in some more goals between them and if Hayles had been here longer or Hammond had been fit also :dunno: I know this is counting alot of variables so thats why I just chose Hume= Best; Cort= Worst

Also where is De Vries in either of those columns?

You're a wind-up or a hypocrite. Your decision.

I think some people are taking it too seriously, they've all been pretty crap.

Stats aren't everything Thrac.

Howard is best with Hume falling just short into second. I genuinely think a fit Hammond would have more effect than Carl Cort.
