ibbosuk Posted 9 January 2008 Posted 9 January 2008 What a pointless topic, a bruised thigh??If he's not a girl he will play on saturday Point of the (THREAD) is that he MAY NOT NOW be signed in time for Saturday game, as everyone was expecting (As was suggested in the O'neill quote) (IT'S NOT A TOPIC.....IT'S A THREAD YOU DICKHEAD!!!)
mmarkie Posted 9 January 2008 Posted 9 January 2008 i thought the deal would have been completed by now

danny. Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 What a pointless topic, a bruised thigh??If he's not a girl he will play on saturday yea bit it might be a really bad one thats blue and has yellow bits around the edges.
Blue Bob Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 Has anyone heard if this is likely to happen, would be nice to see him play on Saturday.
sham Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 Just watched Ollies interview on leicester city world and he said that osbourne was supposed to arrive on tuesday but he has a dead leg so its been delayed for a week so will arive this coming tuesday So no osbourne for the coventry game
Ric Flair Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 Just watched Ollies interview on leicester city world and he said that osbourne was supposed to arrive on tuesday but he has a dead leg so its been delayed for a week so will arive this coming tuesdaySo no osbourne for the coventry game
Staf Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 Why cant he sign though i know he has a dead leg but surely he could come and just miss the cov game rather than waiting until next week
Unabomber Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 Just watched Ollies interview on leicester city world and he said that osbourne was supposed to arrive on tuesday but he has a dead leg so its been delayed for a week so will arive this coming tuesdaySo no osbourne for the coventry game He also basically says that Hume and Howard will play up top, and good to hear DJ training again.
Ric Flair Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 Why cant he sign though i know he has a dead leg but surely he could come and just miss the cov game rather than waiting until next week As he's only joining on a months loan i'd rather we not waste a week of it through him being injured and get him when he's back fit.
mancunianfox Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 He also basically says that Hume and Howard will play up top, and good to hear DJ training again. I was very worried he was going to drop Hume for Hayles. For now Hume/Howard is the best we can come up with.
MikeyT Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 He also basically says that Hume and Howard will play up top, and good to hear DJ training again. So i'm guessing the team on Sat will be: Hume Howard Laczko Clemence Wesolowski Bori Mattock Kisnorbo Mcauley Stearman Alnwick
MikeyT Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 He's here!!! http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11712_3037582,00.html

MPH Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 ANY Player who has played 4 times in a Martin O'Neill team in the prem should be a diamond in this division. Strange logic for some, i know, i just trust Martin O'Neill, thats all. :-)
Sods Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 Confusing. Is he in then? OS? Coming on tuesday. Hes injured anyway at the moment so will be better for us, as more games he can be involved in.
maddog Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11677_3037582,00.html http://www.fansfc.com/frontpage/frontpagen...p?newsid=178996 Should be a good one
Leicester Lass Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 Still says he's coming next week though.
maddog Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 Ill trust SSN on this one Leicester City have agreed a deal to sign Aston Villa midfielder Isaiah Osbourne on loan. Villa boss Martin O'Neill admitted earlier this week that he is keen to send the 20-year-old out on loan to build up his first-team experience. He is now likely to link up with Leicester in the Championship next week after a minor injury delayed the move. "I thought he was going to be here this week to train with us, but unfortunately he had a slight dead leg," said Foxes boss Ian Holloway. "He was supposed to be here now and I thought that was done, but it should be either Monday or Tuesday of next week. "At this precise moment I don't think we will do anything with him before the weekend." Osbourne has made just four appearances for Villa this season and has not featured since the end of October.
SamL Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 Still says he's coming next week though. Shame, could've been useful to us on saturday having a bit of pace about the team. Should be a good signing though if he's as good as people have said even if it's only for a month.

Hopefully it will turn into a permenant deal, as well as premenant deals for the Hungarians, just because their Hungarian
Jack Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 Happy Days. We will actually have Midfielders playing in midfield.
Hugo Sanchez Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 Yea but he's not a creative midfield player though. What we need more then anything. We got enough defensive midfielders as it is. Need abit of flair in the middle of the park.
