Thracian Posted 12 February 2008 Author Posted 12 February 2008 .....but thats where he drinks, not wher we drink. If you've changed pub that'll explain why there's been a bit more room lately and the service is quicker.
The People's Hero Posted 12 February 2008 Posted 12 February 2008 If you've changed pub that'll explain why there's been a bit more room lately and the service is quicker. Errr... because no one wants to sit near you?
Manwell Pablo Posted 12 February 2008 Posted 12 February 2008 If you've changed pub that'll explain why there's been a bit more room lately and the service is quicker. I've only been in there about four times.
Flynny Posted 12 February 2008 Posted 12 February 2008 Swan and rushes are where the chuckle brothers drink. I wish.
Thracian Posted 12 February 2008 Author Posted 12 February 2008 I've only been in there about four times. I was lucky to catch you then. Errr... because no one wants to sit near you? Sometimes that's a blessing.
Manwell Pablo Posted 12 February 2008 Posted 12 February 2008 I was lucky to catch you then. You were, in fact I don't think I've been back in since. Besides after the game, which I believe was Notts County.
Dames Posted 12 February 2008 Posted 12 February 2008 What are the requirements to become a Swan Lesta?
AoWW Posted 12 February 2008 Posted 12 February 2008 What are the requirements to become a Swan Lesta? If anyone knew what one was, they might be able to answer this. I wouldn't hold out too much hope, though.
Alexikokopops Posted 12 February 2008 Posted 12 February 2008 It seems to be anyone associated with TPH in any way, shape or form, whether truculent to Thracian or not.

AoWW Posted 12 February 2008 Posted 12 February 2008 It seems to be anyone associated with TPH in any way, shape or form, whether truculent to Thracian or not. Yeah, you see I've met him.... ONCE. A bad, bad thing to do. Having said that, I've met Thracian (ONCE) as well. Go figure...
filbertway Posted 12 February 2008 Posted 12 February 2008 So is a swan Leicester someone who drinks (has drank at least once) in the swan and rushes and is a fan of the Leicester City Football Club?
The Reverend Posted 12 February 2008 Posted 12 February 2008 So is a swan Leicester someone who drinks (has drank at least once) in the swan and rushes and is a fan of the Leicester City Football Club? No. Otherwise that would make Thracian one, in which case, he would'nt be calling the so called 'inner-circle' it.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 12 February 2008 Posted 12 February 2008 Swan and rushes are where the chuckle brothers drink. I wish. "Give me the pump Barry, this young Leicester fella want's serving." "Here then, pass me that whisky bottle." "To me!" "To you!" THE CHUCKLE BROTHERS - LEICESTER TILL THEY DIE!!!
Manwell Pablo Posted 12 February 2008 Posted 12 February 2008 So is a swan Leicester someone who drinks (has drank at least once) in the swan and rushes and is a fan of the Leicester City Football Club? It'll be some sort of reference to matches, atained by some bizar route using unlogical analogies.
Tommy G Posted 12 February 2008 Posted 12 February 2008 This is funny after reading it though. Im guessing it surrounds TPH and his back up crew. It must be
Rincewind Posted 12 February 2008 Posted 12 February 2008 I'm sitting on the fence here. Swan and Rushes have a good selection of beers although I've not been in much. Also I would like to know what the hell a Swan Lesta is and I'm asking nicely.
James. Posted 12 February 2008 Posted 12 February 2008 This is funny after reading it though.Im guessing it surrounds TPH and his back up crew. It must be But who is this back up crew? I don't get it. Do you mean his friends? As in real life people that he's known for years? As far as I can see this exists only in the minds of those wishing it to.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 12 February 2008 Posted 12 February 2008 Has no one ever noticed the small group of people who attend City matches riding on swans? You have to get there real early though. They swoop down from the skies and alight by the dug-outs before the swans waddle up the player's entrance and chase unsuspecting ball boys up and down the corridors. Players have to be careful that their powerful wings don't break their legs! Come the end of the match, the swans have to be herded into a special pen, where their riders leap onto them, grip tightly around their necks, and WHOOOOOOSH! they are away! It is rumoured that once they get home the swans turn into beautiful young maidens who prepare tea and warm the bed. THAT is who the Swan Lesta are! It is also why you never see the Queen at City matches, cos she'd eat the swans (as she is obliged to do - it is your duty Ma'am!)

Endless areguemetns between him and Thrac/Ultra involving alan Shee han is very boring...and predictable. He then uses other people to back him up regardless of their own opinions because they can't think for themselves. He's trying to divide this forum.

Daggers Posted 12 February 2008 Posted 12 February 2008 He's trying to divide this forum. If that shocking revelation is true then someone should suggest to him it would be easier if he used scissors. The ones that leave a nice crinkly pattern on the edge may be best.

Find me some evidence of "he uses other people to back him up regardless of their own opinions because they can't think for themselves" or "people that back him up whatever he says, whether right or wrong". It's just a myth created by those that want it to exist. Weird. EDIT: SORRY MANWELL!!!! I JUST FIND IT WEIRD WHERE ALL THIS CAME FROM...!
