Homemade pizza tonight with the nephews-practically-in-law. Got six bases, mozzarella, Cheddar, Tomato pasta sauce, then the good stuff, smoked Ham, smoked sausage, Chorizo, salami, bbq chicken breast, sirloin steak (to be sliced obv) , pineapple, jalapeños, red onions, King prawns and minced beef. Gonna add lots of Louisiana smokey flavours to them bitches and eat that shit up.

I had a chicken "pizza" basically flatten a chicken breast fry in an oven proof pan then when half cooked top with tomato sauce, italian herb seasoning, cheese and pepperoni, then in the oven for 10 mins.

A bowl of chilli, as in just the chilli and no rice because I am a man and I do man things.  I did not forget to stock up on rice.

Bacon sarnies. Not just any bacon sarnie though. Made with crispy cured bacon on a toasted farmhouse loaf, with lashings of brown sauce. It's the only way to eat them and if you disagree, your probably Ed Miliband.

I more or less live on toasties. Cooking 12 hours a day, last thing you wanna do when you get home
