Leicester City boss Ian Holloway will be fielding a youthful line up to take on Oldham Athletic at the Marston's Stadium this evening (Wednesday).

A fixture backlog means that the Foxes face their second reserve team fixture in just 48-hours.

A strong Leicester side battled out a 2-2 draw with Shrewsbury Town on Monday evening.

But it is a much less experienced squad that has been named to take on the Latics tonight. Radi Kishishev is very much the older head in the side - with Ricky Sappleton, Ashley Chambers and Billy McKay also named in the line up.

The game kicks off at 7pm.

City: Carl Pentney, Joe Magunda, Joe Cobb, Lee Cox, Scott Garner, Lathanial Rowe-Turner, Ashley Chambers, Radostin Kishishev, Ricky Sappleton, Billy McKay, Ryan Beswick

Subs: Luke O'Neill, Robbie Burns, Steven Howard, Jorrin John, Fraser Tuttle.

Manwells bookies is now open

Todays special Leicester to win 3-1, Chambers to score first, Thracians gloating match report explaining how the "experinced" line up of Monday night is totally inferior to tonights line up, to be 9 Paragraphs long. 250/1

I will also slap the first person who asks why Steve Howard is on the bench for the reserves. Just a warning.

The number of people playing for the first team this season is bad enough, I wonder (and I'm not sad enough, quite, to do it) how many have played for the reserves. It seems ages since the 'hope Kaebi / Ferreira / Djerzi play this weekend' threads were entertaining us all. Gawd it's been a long season

I personally can't believe that Collins John is

a) on the bench for the reserves

b) has his name spelt wrong

c) is even still at the club?

haha they have spelt his name write hes a youth player and is only 16. Collins john is not at the club.

Excellent game the front trio of McKay, Sappleton & Chambers rippped them apart, all excellent well worked goals and Sappleton's were quintessential net bulgers.

Beswick had a productive game and was involved in two or three of the goals special mention for Kish, I don't know if he has a problem at LCFC but he put in a committed performance coaxing the young players and always available getting stuck in as well as laying off some lovely weighted passes.

Thracian is gonna be unbearable lol It's huge vindication for his views though, I don't think anyone will be able to deny it.
