Flexx Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 There will definitely be quite a few changes. The Os doesn't even mention when the JTP games are.
SamL Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 There will definitely be quite a few changes. The Os doesn't even mention when the JTP games are. That's because the draw hasn't been made for it yet.
Simi Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 That's because the draw hasn't been made for it yet. Nor has the FA or League Cup, yet they still feature.
Flynny Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 Nor has the FA or League Cup, yet they still feature. How odd. Clearly the JPT is of equal prestige.
Free Falling Foxes Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 Nice to see us in the top-half of the table
iancognito Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 Funny how we have a full month of 'United's' in December and April :laugh:FA Cup final is a bit late though The Premier League finishes a week later than the football league anyway and there's also the play off business to sort out in the three week gap too. The run-in looks fun!
iancognito Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 There will definitely be quite a few changes. The Os doesn't even mention when the JTP games are. These are the JPT dates for last season. http://www.football-league.co.uk/page/JTPN...~843297,00.html If the final's at the end of March, we'll have to move our game against Peterborough away due to our inevitable involvement in it Which would mean a midweek trip to Posh. Nice.
Floating Fox Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 Which would mean a midweek trip to Posh. Nice. Not really. I hope we get knocked out of the JPT at the quarter finals.
lookwhaticando Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 Not really.I hope we get knocked out of the JPT at the quarter finals. Well aren't you just a bundle of joy this season?

Nice. Ermmm... That wouldn't be good...

Nice. Personally, I don't think we can juggle the League and three cup competitions whilst doing well in each. I think we need to give priority to the league and if that means doing shite in the cups, so be it. Anyway, it's not inevitable that we'll be in the final of the Johnstones Paint Trophy.
Phube Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 How can we be AWAY both for Boxing Day and the New Year game!?!?
Maybes Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 Not really.I hope we get knocked out of the JPT at the quarter finals. I agree. I want P'boro away on a saturday!!!
Guest Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 Peterborough away is my designated birthday game. It is not subject to change.
Daggers Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 Peterborough away is my designated birthday game. It is not subject to change. I have either Leeds or Southend - I'm thinking birthday weekend in Southend is probably for the best.
Guest Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 I have either Leeds or Southend - I'm thinking birthday weekend in Southend is probably for the best. It could get messy; it's worth the risk though.
Manwell Pablo Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 Peterborough away is my designated birthday game. It is not subject to change. Certainly beats Milton Keynes Dons at home.
Daggers Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 It could get messy; it's worth the risk though. Longest pleasure pier in Europe
Maybes Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 My birthday would be the play off weekend. It will be my 21st.....now that is messy.
Asha Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 Certainly beats Milton Keynes Dons at home. My birthday game would be the FA Cup final.
AoWW Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 Longest pleasure pier in Europe Didn't it burn down though?
lookwhaticando Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 Longest pleasure pier in Europe Until I return to the UK, anyway.
Daggers Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 Didn't it burn down though? Burnt down, rebuilt then burnt down and crashed into by a chuffing great ship owned by the same bloke who owned the pier. So, even though it looks a bit blackened at the end, it's still the longest pleasure pier in Europe. Anyone for anymore Southend facts? Anybody?
Daggers Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 Until I return to the UK, anyway. Well aren't you just the perkiest poster on FoxesTalk ever since Worthington got mentioned.
