Once she settled, Emma was brilliant.

 

Bencic’s aggressive game was far too erratic today, one of those players when things don’t go her way, she gets extremely pissy.

 

These WTA teenagers just keep on delivering :D

Fairytale stuff, really.

 

I stand by what I said earlier: she may well not win this Slam, but barring the most unfortunate of circumstances she will win at least one in the future.

It's because its grand slams. If a player just played the slams each year, and won all 4, they'd collect 8000 ranking points, which would comfortably put them in the top ten rankings.

 

She has no points to defend from previous years either, so every round she's progresses she gets more points.

Leylah was the more smarter and mentally stronger player.

 

Aryna has a mental block when it comes to Slams, she plays too desperate and that last game proved it.
