I thought this semi would be close but Berrettini has too much power.

This Italian can win in London if he wants..

He’s in great form and he’s games just Taylor made for grass. His issue is Novax will be able to deal with his serve far better than any one else he’s faced.

Shapovalov is a great entertaining player to watch but his immaturity showing in abundance here.

Lost some crucial points at the net, double-faulted on a Djokovic break point twice, and now moaning to the ref (for the 2nd time) after a challenge.

Not surprised to see Denis get emotional like that, he gave a really good account of himself today, far better than I and probably many expected, he gave himself really good chances, but if you don’t take them you end up fvcked.

Not even a contest atm, quite embarrassing actually.

Disappointingly so.

Pliskova slowly coming back in to it. She seems quite laboured and slow.

Felt sorry for Pliskova to be honest, she showed some steel to win that second set. Her best would have beaten Barty's best I reckon, she was just too inconsistent. The more powerful women tend to be (Serena Williams aside), shit or bust on lots of their shots and lots of unforced errors, Muguruza is the same.

Ash is World Number 1 for a reason, she can win with class, she can also win ugly, today we got a mixture of both.

She’s a credit to Tennis, one of the nicest players of this generation, if she can learn to be more ruthless on court, she could easily dominate for the next five years or so.

Barty's Mum has English parents. I'm surprised that the "All England Tennis Club " didn't snatch her up as they did with Rusedski and Konta. lol

She has been just fantastic during this tournament but I actually thought for a few moments today that Pliskova was going to complete a storming turnaround. Overall a good match and the finalists were very respectful, afterwards, which was good to see.
