Big Cricket.

England are now 2 down, about 265ish behind.

We need a few big innings just to draw this game or else it could turn out to be a hammering.

Anderson is hanging on in there at the moment, he's doing his job well.

We're relying on Cook to get a big score today but it won't be enough unless some other people get big scores as well.

Paul Harris bowling, haven't seen him do anything for about a week now.

He's just a slow bowler, much the same as Giles used to be. He doesn't spin the ball a whole lot and doesn't extract anything from the pitch. He's just a steady bowler at best who will tie an end down.

If I'm honest, I can't see him causing our batsmen any problems.

nice one KP. 3 4's and caught off 5 balls. that's the way to stay in bat for 2 days

He was right to go for the fours, but the ball that got him out he should have left.

Poor play by KP.

Really starting to hate KP.

Cant understand whats going through the lads head.

Yes its the way he plays but I just think he puts himself before the team on to many occasions.

Still pisses all over vaughan. If you pardon the expression.

I'm the first to admit I don't know much about cricket, but surely part of being a great test-match batsman is control and a sense of tactics as well as just being able to slog fours and sixes.

KP strikes me as being someone who could be great - but has a hell of a lot of maturing to do. How many times has he got himself out fairly needlessly for England? :dunno:

Absolutely, Pietersen has unbelievable natural talent, but he's too erratic. I like his style, he get's the crowds in. It's just frustrating that if he could add that discipline to his game, then he would be one hell of a batsmen.

Still nothing better in cricket than watching him when he's got his eye in.

Cook has gone.

It would be a good time for Ambrose and Flintoff to play themselves into a bit of form. We could do with a really big innings from both, I'm not sure how likely it is though.
