This thread is a fucking embarrassment. I didn't even make it to the end of the first page. You're worst than Leeds fans on WACCOE, who go from thinking they'll get promoted when they win a game to thinking they'll get relegated when they lose. I'm fed up of this, it's completely and utterly idiotic.

Oldham are sixth in league 1...yes league one!...down to ten!...yes ten men!....with a 39 year old!...yes 39 year old!...striker!....yes striker!...in goal!...yes in goal!...wake up and smell the coffee...ffs! :frusty:

Grade twat, shut up! Bet you booed as well because we didn't win 10-0! Unbeaten in 17 league games, just an off day!

Id just like to point out i didn't start this thread

I just thought Howard,Fryatt,Dyer were awful yesterday and the rest of the team bar the defence and goalie were poor.

Would you have done though had someone not got there first? :P

No lol

Ive seen much more worse performances than that and we didn't even lose or concede a goal we just should have won :P

The Bolton defeat was it 5-0 at Filbert Street? Losing to Hull at home last season when saving a penalty didn't even get us up for the game, Wycombe Wanderers and many many more.

If we had lost 3-0, and they got all their goals after the sending off and missed peno with Windass in goal, even then it wouldn't be as bad as some :D

I suppose there would still be moaners if you were on Barca's run, I think they have taken 55 points from a possible 57 this season

You'd put your house on that being the case on here :D

Can't see what the problem is in moaning about a shit performance. I never have booed but I do shout the odd comment like 'what the piss was that' when a player does something pathetic. Emotions get the better of you at a match. I always give 100% in my support and I expect the players to give 100% too, which they didn't yesterday.

What are we supposed to do, talk about Walsall still? We went to the match and are allowed to say it was shit if we want to. I give up half my life and money for Leicester City and if they don't show the effort in every game then I'm gonna sure tell em. What am I supposed to say about yesterdays performance but the truth?

How can people say it was the worst performance they'd ever seen? What about those home defeats to Burnley, 0-5 v Bolton, 0-5 v Villa, 0-3 v Derby in 2002, 1-2 v Bradford when they went down with a dreadful away record?

Yesterday was an off-day. Fortunately they've been few and far between this season.

Didn't we lose 4-2 to Bradford at home once?

Or am i making that up/thinking of another team :D

Of course there would you fool.

Winning every match isn't fooking good enough, we should be winning by so many goals that we get a bonus point, and get 4 points for a win :@

I mean winning every game, come on, fook off mate, thats not good enough for the mighty Leicester City.

Only read the first page, cant be arsed with the other 10 if there all 'we should of beat them', 'cant break down 10 men', 'they had a fat old **** in goal ffs' kinda posts.

Fryatt is a donkey (dont know who said that). So, sombody who has 25 goals is a donkey? Righteo then m8. Are you David from coalville on the phone ins brother?

Anyway, yeah it was a tough game. Oldham played well however many men they had but i'd of took a point (yeah we were unlucky with Howards and Clev's chances), dont blame Fryatt. Everybody makes mistakes.

11 pts clear, what more do you want? we aint going to beat everybody, be real!

Dissapointed with the people who booed at full time, although I dont know if that was just out of frustration?

Anyway, thats my opinion. If you dont agree, I dont really care.

I can't remember what the worst performance I've seen is. There have been a few since Martin left but the Bolton one does stick out in my mind. I have only been going to watch Leicester since the end of the Pleat era but it does seem to me that players back then (up until the end of O'Neills time) cared more about the club. They seemed to live for only football back then and it seems now that a high percentage of them care more about posing in clubs and other stuff. I'm not saying they are all like that cos there are still some true professionals out there but the numbers are dwindling.

Nobody has a problem with people complaining about the match, it's just when people say that that was the 'worst game ever' or 'we won't get promoted now' or 'they were only a league one side', that people get pissed off with.

To all the moaners, you only turned up because of the cheap mercury voucher

It's them and the ones who watched it on TV - they just feel pissed off because they wanted their day in the sun relishing a great performance and an easy victory like we had at Walsall.

These people don't attend many games, I suspect that was one of a couple this season, and they get all pissy because it was a typical game of Div.III football.

The decent thing is that at least if Saturday is the same we won't have to suffer embarrassing threads like this because the morons won't be there.

Indeed.

How people can boo a team that is 11 points clear at the top of any division, regardless of whether they come on the cheap or are there every week is beyond me.

Spot on, the majority of the moaners will be the people who saw the game on sky or purchased tickets through th emercury offer, if they don't like it don't bother coming.

but when/ If we get back to the premiership these people will come flooding back just so they get to watch the smaller teams than us. E.G. Man Utd, Chelsea, Villa & Liverpool. because were a bigger club than them

Because some fans, Katy, are never satisfied. They look to belittle any achievement (oh well, it's only League 1), if we are in the Premier League and doing well "only a matter of time before it all falls apart".

Some think every match should be the same, we will win it 4-0. it doesn't happen, and never will, but you'll never get it into their heads.

You don't even need to go that far back for seriously dismal performances. And the Oldham game didn't involve 200 mile round trips to Hull like last year or 300 miles to and from Burnley like the year before.

When it really comes to "worst" Leicester have far exceeded Saturday's effort, and invariably when a long, long way from the finest known antidote ... Barbars.

I just looked 'ultra' up in the thesaurus

Ultra - inconsistent, fickle, changeable, variable, labour party supporter :giggle: , whimsical, vacillating, blowing hot and cold.

For someone so old, he's very childish and petty.

Could not be arsed to read most of this.

A frustrating 0-0 yes, but fook off if you're now going to have a go.

Go support Man U, for you are not wanted here, you non entity morons.

There's no reason why we shouldn't have had it, except for the fact that too many players bottled out against a team willing to spoil and scrap.

These people don't attend many games, I suspect that was one of a couple this season, and they get all pissy because it was a typical game of Div.III football.

Sorry you simply can't generalise like that. Many of the diehards were as pissed off as I was about the performance. They've earned the right to speak out and I for one have no problem with them doing so.

You can big up Oldham as much as you want. The fact is they're a bunch of has-beens and nonentities who will be lucky to make the top six. In terms of footballing ability, I wouldn't put them in the same class as Huddersfield, Peterborough or Franchise. But they were physically tough and difficult to break down - exactly the type of team that has caused us problems in this and previous seasons.

It's also clear that many of our players do not have the physical or mental strength to cope with a run of five games in 14 days. Pearson needs to start rotating the side a little more. Otherwise when the next run comes (between the trips to Franchise and Millwall) we will struggle.

The decent thing is that at least if Saturday is the same we won't have to suffer embarrassing threads like this because the morons won't be there.

Yeah, let's have a cull of all the "disloyal" supporters, shall we? Isn't it better to have a pure fanbase than a large one? Let the happy-clappies make up the £20m debt...
