What floats my boat.....

I deactivated and deactivated mine a few times before finally settling on a "permanent" deactivation so now I can't go back even if I wanted to.

Main reasons were, 1) The supposed data harvesting that Facebook does. 2) The sheer amount of time I spent on it reading about people who I hardly speak to anymore and a lot of people from when I was travelling America too. 3) at the time I deleted myself I had no job and lived miles away from friends so seeing their nights out every week was quite depressing. 4) I was ****ing fed up of pictures of mates babies.

I don't really miss it as I use twitter now and I'm in a better position financially so actually have a social life again.

When the whole MP expenses thing was going on all I could think was "at least we CAN get angry about MPs buying moats with public money - there could be much worst things to be raging about"

I'm going to be running around there this weekend. It really is lovely.

My daughter getting a first place "gold" medal in her first ever county trampolining competition.

And the look on her face when her name was announced... priceless.

Anyone like me who loves having the window open in cold temperatures, really do like a cool breeze sometimes. Smells fresh.

I do that. I'm always getting told off by the Mrs for having them open. I just leave one open and see how long I can get away with it.
