Shrenchel Posted 19 February 2009 Posted 19 February 2009 fook me the first one was awful but this likes a whole new level of shit. That's possibly the worst trailer I've ever seen. Even some 15 year old henri lloyd who has immoral thoughts about danny dyer couldn't get excited by that. Where the fook is it set?! That well known nick in the middle of the English desert?
Finnegan Posted 19 February 2009 Posted 19 February 2009 Oh yeah I've seen this. Vinnie Jones scores at the end.

The first was okay but that looks awful. I only recognised two characters from GS 1.
FilboFox Posted 19 February 2009 Posted 19 February 2009 Oh yeah I've seen this.Vinnie Jones scores at the end. Nah... he sets it up for the crap guy to score... 3-2 to the convicts!!! Sorry if I spoil it for anyone...
maddog Posted 19 February 2009 Posted 19 February 2009 omfg. That has nothing what so ever to do with green street 1
Ashley Posted 19 February 2009 Posted 19 February 2009 I doubt thats Green Street 2, looks like Pete Dunhams in this one (He's dead in GreenStret)
BoneDog Posted 19 February 2009 Posted 19 February 2009 Biggest load of cock ever. Never even heard of it but the trailer is just funny
Edmund Posted 19 February 2009 Posted 19 February 2009 that looks awful. Why do they always insist in using Australian actors to play cockneys.
Tevez Posted 19 February 2009 Posted 19 February 2009 Quality, can't wait for it to be out. Loved Green Street and loved Football Factory (I'm a UK Crime man)
Babylon Posted 19 February 2009 Posted 19 February 2009 Is there any reason why this is set in guantanamo bay? This has got to be straight in the bin to dvd
Babylon Posted 19 February 2009 Posted 19 February 2009 The writer of the original green street owns this "http://www.greenstreet2.com/" he has posted on there that... "I have just learned that the sequel to Green Street Hooligans will be released on March 23, 2009 and as expected, will be going straight to DVD. I have received some feedback from screenings which took place at AFM (American Film Market) at the beginning of November which indicate that the movie isn't as good as many people hoped it would be and so, as the writer of the original film and to avoid a repeat of the problems I experienced in the wake of its release, I would like to make it clear to all and sundry that I have had no involvement with the sequel whatsoever. As yet, there is no news of any official website. Keep the faith, Dougie Brimson"
Guest Posted 19 February 2009 Posted 19 February 2009 fook me, as if the first one wasn't bad enough. Who was deluded enough to think they could squeeze a sequel out of it?

CosbehFox Posted 20 February 2009 Posted 20 February 2009 WTF! I thought the buck was turning with them making 'Awaydays' as well. Green Street was very popular in the USA. Whereas we could see it was a pile of unrealistic wank, they literally wank over it.
lildave3 Posted 20 February 2009 Posted 20 February 2009 Oh yeah I've seen this.Vinnie Jones scores at the end. It is just like a shit Mean Machine.
Daggers Posted 20 February 2009 Posted 20 February 2009 I watched Cass last night. I really, deeply wish I hadn't.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 20 February 2009 Posted 20 February 2009 I'll be honest, the original wasn't as bad as I expected. But then again I didn't have the greatest expectations for it.
