davieG Posted 5 January 2010 Posted 5 January 2010 Screen shot of the Swansea team news: How many mistakes can you find?
The Doctor Posted 5 January 2010 Posted 5 January 2010 How many mistakes can you find? 3 Edit: Make that 5.
AyewJoking Posted 5 January 2010 Posted 5 January 2010 It's time we had a site made by a genuine fan for genuine fans.
lou Posted 5 January 2010 Posted 5 January 2010 It's time we had a site made by a genuine fan for genuine fans. Id be happy with a site that wasnt produced by morons with the brain capacity of single cell amoeba.
Matt Posted 5 January 2010 Posted 5 January 2010 And you asked why I didn't check what the KO time for the Ipswich game was? How can you trust anything printed on the site?
Lillehamring Posted 5 January 2010 Posted 5 January 2010 to be fair, they have used the Welsh spelling of King.
Head Honcho Posted 5 January 2010 Posted 5 January 2010 I also don't like the way they've got the Swansea badge partly obscuring our own.
Guest Basildon Fox Posted 5 January 2010 Posted 5 January 2010 To be honest I am more alarmed about the lack of content and the fact that most important stories are at least a day old before they seem to report them. Even then it is usually about 6 lines of spelling errors. The same could be said of the new player. If it were not for the commentary I would not bother forking out the £3.99 a month as the content is shite.
MC Prussian Posted 5 January 2010 Posted 5 January 2010 I found only four spelling mistakes. Too few to mention.
leftsideoverhere Posted 5 January 2010 Posted 5 January 2010 No wonder we were so shit in the first half - we started with only nine players, and no-one up front at all.
Joe. Posted 5 January 2010 Posted 5 January 2010 who honestly gives a foook For such a large organisation it should be the very least that they get their facts and spellings correct. For those who don't use these boards the official site is the main port of call for information. I read the match reports on there every week and they're terrible to be quite honest.
Ford Super Sunday Posted 5 January 2010 Posted 5 January 2010 They really should just give me the full time job running the media side of the club and be done with it!
purpleronnie Posted 5 January 2010 Posted 5 January 2010 I dont think I've been on the official site for months, maybe years.....
Sparky Posted 5 January 2010 Posted 5 January 2010 I dont think I've been on the official site for months, maybe years..... Nah me neither , most the information is usually posted on here
Tony Pine Posted 5 January 2010 Posted 5 January 2010 pretty poor tbh i guess they think it isn't proper journalism so why bother
Donut Posted 5 January 2010 Posted 5 January 2010 Screen shot of the Swansea team news: How many mistakes can you find? Its the patented Pearson 4-4-0 Formation! I looked forward to seeing this new german lad Kibng in midfield too
thybluefox Posted 5 January 2010 Posted 5 January 2010 who honestly gives a foook I do, I make a living from developing and maintaining websites, and it pisses me off when I see a large company (because thats what they are) without the right people with the right knowhow and initiative to do things right. The OS is actually going downhill, the graphics they knock out are also steadily getting worse.
Corky Posted 5 January 2010 Posted 5 January 2010 who honestly gives a foook It's not that major, but it's unprofessional.
Edmund Posted 5 January 2010 Posted 5 January 2010 I also don't like the way they've got the Swansea badge partly obscuring our own. Brilliant
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 5 January 2010 Posted 5 January 2010 Still pissed off that it said Bristol Rovers instead of City.
Daggers Posted 5 January 2010 Posted 5 January 2010 Anyway, talking about 'hopeless' - what have the Foxes Trust recently done for us?
harpendenfox Posted 5 January 2010 Posted 5 January 2010 and if you read the Sheff Weds match day programme, the visitors stats are all about Sheff United. I know it's not a big deal in the big scheme of things, but someone in the PR or comms department needs to be doing a bit more quality control ps don't forget tickets are still available for this weekend's huge fixture with Ipswich City, kick off 5.20pm on Saturday, when Nigel Pierson's Faxes will be looking to bury ex Manchester City star Ray Kane's ploughmen
