Ashley Posted 12 April 2010 Posted 12 April 2010 I downloaded the Demo for this yesterday and I have to same i'm impressed, I think it has a better feel to it than FIFA 10, shooting is alot harder, so is lobbing and them annoying "Dirty cut backs" goals as I call them are harder to pull off. I think I'll be purchasing this considering you can play with 199 countries. England V France, into and game play below

And American Samoa and/or Fiji best be in those 199 countries
Hitesh Posted 12 April 2010 Posted 12 April 2010 It looks good but really put off when Clive Tyldsey opened his mouth!
00rawat Posted 12 April 2010 Posted 12 April 2010 I will be getting this game when it comes out cant wait you can even import your vp from fifa 10 which I like.
DB11 Posted 15 April 2010 Posted 15 April 2010 I'm getting it just because it's not Andy Gray commentating!!!
Finnegan Posted 15 April 2010 Posted 15 April 2010 Why the fook would you make a computer game and go "I know, let's give it ITV commentary?"
Mikey Posted 17 April 2010 Posted 17 April 2010 It's horrible, it's just Fifa with National teams. Well...yeah. What were you expecting?
The Doctor Posted 17 April 2010 Posted 17 April 2010 Well...yeah. What were you expecting? i'd have expected something you couldn't have just put together on fifa - there's been national teams and a create-a-tournament feature on fifa for a long time. i could easily put together a world cup of sorts on there without shelling out 30+ quid for the same thing as game on its own.
Ashley Posted 17 April 2010 Author Posted 17 April 2010 It's better than Fifa it's been improved alot if you ask me.

The game play feels different You can play out different scenarios from real life events
Jay Posted 18 April 2010 Posted 18 April 2010 World Cup games are nearly always a total rip off, full price and very little game for your money with not much to do besides one cup and qualification woo hoo!
Joe. Posted 1 May 2010 Posted 1 May 2010 World Cup games are nearly always a total rip off, full price and very little game for your money with not much to do besides one cup and qualification woo hoo! Yeah I always think people must have money to piss away if they can justify paying £30-40 for a game that'll be out of date by July... Played the demo on my flat-mate's PS3 and it's not even that impressive in my opinion.
Guest Mee-9 Posted 1 May 2010 Posted 1 May 2010 I'll wait a couple of weeks after the world cup when its a tenner.
Matt Posted 1 May 2010 Posted 1 May 2010 Saw the advert the other day, does look good, graphics better than Fifa, e.t.c but its the advert there going to make it look absoloutly amazing aren't they?! Can't justify buying it. Espeically if they online connectivity is the same as Fifa 08, 09, 10, fucking opening ports and shit, do I look like a computer technician? I just want a game that I can put in my PS3 and play online straigh away no fucking about.
Leicfox Posted 2 May 2010 Posted 2 May 2010 Did anybody get this? I aquired it, and think it's OK. Not really any better than Fifa 10, just alot harder.
Narborough_fox Posted 2 May 2010 Posted 2 May 2010 Yeah got it really good imo. One thing is with Scotland they call Graham Alexander just Graham and they still say the manager is Alex Mcleish!

lifted*fox Posted 1 June 2010 Posted 1 June 2010 Traded in Alan Wake (completed) and Fifa 10 (played to death) and got this second hand (£35) without paying a penny extra. Had a quick play on it tonight (managed to tear myself away from RDR) and have to say it's really enjoyable. They have improved the gameplay from Fifa 10 (better shooting, less stupidity from keepers, etc). Also the online "World Cup 2010" tournament seems really well done. You choose a team then play people online through all the stages. Meh, definately keep me enjoying Fifa until 2011 rolls around in September. I've recently started completing games and just trading them straight in (unless they offer good replayability). Saves an absolute shed-load on games & means I haven't got a shelf full of useless shit.
ousefox Posted 2 June 2010 Posted 2 June 2010 It's ok but nothing special at all. My mate bought it and i was playing against him yesterday. The keepers seem to always giveaway penalties when you bring them out and i ended up having two players sent off in the first game i played. After my keeper was sent off i had to sub off a defender to put another keeper on. Then for some reason i ended up having the proper keeper in goal just standing there not moving and then a random outfield player actually playing as the keeper So i ended up only having seven outfield players...
Samilktray Posted 4 June 2010 Posted 4 June 2010 Brilliant game. Fully agree Tom. I love the way this plays, and the fact you can be San Marino, really enjoyable.
