Nigel Pearson to Hull ?

well wh o can blame him.we have a complete plank in charge at lcfc never to be trusted and only out for his own means.the one thing that disapoints me with pearson that he will go to hull city who are no better off than use.mandaric must be bought out as soon as possible because i for one have never trusted him from the start.F**K off mandaric you complete muppet

So you suggest we should let Pearson hold us to ransom and give him as much money for players as he wants? Even though we are currently running at a £6m a year loss and are about £25/£30m in debt, fantastic idea.

Has what happened to us before and to Portsmouth and Palace this season not taught people anything. This attitude from top to the bottom of football clubs is exactly why football is on a collision course for ruin.

THE FUTURE IS BLACK AND AMBER..

what has happened in years gone by is nul and void..

we have 48 million in payments due after our relegation from the premier league

so we are not that skint...

we could have filled the kc stadium twice over when we was in the premier league..

we have more potential support then the foxes considering theres not another club within 40 miles of hull..

nearest teams being leeds to the west.....grimcby / s****horpe to the south / middlesborough to the north..

we have more potential then the foxes have.... FACT !

having said that i wouldnt take it as a done deal for nigel pearson to move from LCFC to HCFC.

BUT if he do"s then you can allways get Phil Brown as your next manager..

I haven't been very active on here for a while. I still can't quite believe this. Something has obviously gone wrong behind the scenes, and I dare say we never will (some of 84s stuff is believable - is it bull?). It is a massive slap in the face for the Club that Pearson thinks that Hull City are a better proposition for him. Another year with us, he could well have improved on last season and even got himself a Prem job on the back of it.

I'm utterly shocked. I know there's no loyalty in football, but I felt Nigel had more than most. I'd love to hear what has gone on...

As for replacements,

Mark Robins

Paul Lambert

Lee Clark

Alan Curbishley

Tony Mowbray

Steve Clarke

any others?

Brendan Rogers massive no no.

When exactly did this thread become a poorly punctuated melee of daft opinions and people stating the obvious?

The clowns only come out when there is something to moan about. It's bash Mandaric day!!!! Although I think peoples anger should be be focused on the man leaving.

Another year with us, he could well have improved on last season and even got himself a Prem job on the back of it.

He knows it's very unlikely though doesn't he.

We have nothing to spend.

We have more than likely reduced our wage budget. (we have lost high earners like Clemence).

We have lost arguably our best striker.

We have a investigation ongoing into the Brown incident that may have caused a rift.

We have a player that is going to be the new villain and will get a shed load of grief (Kermit).

We have fans with expectations that we should be bettering last year.

He knows to match last season would be a miracle, it seems he'd rather not blot his cv by sticking with us and having us fall away.

Oh good, I'll look forward to 50k limb-flailing northerners in jester hats and tiger stripes face paint telling me in unison how they're "mauling" me then. MASSIVE club you are.

Get real chap.

Meh. If he goes he goes. If not a backwards move, he's only gone sideways, can't really see what Hull have to offer over us, they're not financially better off, their fan base is no bigger, and their squad, arguably, isn't as talented as ours.

Can't help but feel that this move goes against what he seems to have stood for since he started here, but he's done a fantastic job, any sense of anger seems to balance out with gratitude at how he's turned the club around.

I'm not gutted. Not at all, if we get someone in who's not quite up to standard, that's when I'll be gutted we've lost Pearson.

Get a decent manager in, with a bit of experience, who's sides like to play decent football (Mowbray / O'Driscoll / Hill), and I don't think many will be too bothered. If anything I'm more bothered about the likes of Craig Shakespeare and Steve Walsh leaving, who've been brilliant, and Hull perhaps trying to nab one or two of our better players.

Let's all just strap a pair on and get behind John Gregory / Peter Reid / David O'Leary when he's eventually unveiled.

by that I mean, our club is now lost, we ain't getting amother manager like that for while

Nice to see you've written off the new guy before the old one's even gone.

exactly. you're nowhere near the standard of wigan

.

Haha, you should be on stage mate.

A lot of pissy attitudes on here, shame but I'm looking forward to Walkers Stadium next season :D

Monkey Head got the Plymouth job this week so one of the usual suspects is off the list!!

Even if it turns out this was a hoax or if Nigel changes his mind and stays with you, I've got to say it's been worth it just to watch your reaction. lol

I'd suggest we could copy some of the rubbish some of you clowns have posted and use it as a team talk, but while I like to see passion and players having a smile on their face, blokes creased up laughing doesn't usually make for a good game.

Based on the postings from Leicester fans, Leicester seem to be such a massive club that the loss of one man knocks them back several years and they can't see any decent prospects heading their way as replacements because they're pot less. Do you not see why some of the more mature posters should be taking the excitable kids in hand and pointing out how stupid they're making you look?

Agreed. I don't like Mandaric but there really is not a lot he can do here, he'll put the club finances in jeopardy if makes daft promises to Pearson in order to get him to sign a contract. If people are so desperate to play the blame game, then the only target you can realistically choose is Nigel Pearson.

Could say the same about your "Mauling" dance, it that's what it is.

The fact that the Hull tinpotters are on here gloating only serves to prove that they know they are small fry and are trying very hard to hide their shortcomings by coming out with the crap.

Continue to do so.

Gloat. Go on.

Just give us some more.
