Brian Little and Mark McGhee both thought the grass was greener and it backfired. We still have the nucleus of a strong squad and a bit of wheeling and dealing and we will be there,so come on it ain't that bad after all!

The comments aren't from there, they are from the Hull Daily Mail website, which is a forum reserved for slightly retarded people on day release, rather like the Leicester Mercury forum. Many of you lads have been slating my city and my club, I'm here to redress the balance and I'll be gone soon, it's not like I've been really obnoxious or anything

It's not just about Nigel Pearson leaving. It's about why he is choosing to leave Leicester and go to a place where the Hull chairman himself calls the finances a 'complete mess'. Well, what does that say about Leicester? We all know Milan has less money than he says he does. Hull are in a terrible state but City are even worse.

There's rumours in Hull that we've just agreed personal terms and a compensation package with you boys and that Pearson will be appointed Hull City manager on Monday, but there's nothing official coming out of the club, have you heard anything ? I Think Nige may no more about the finances that we all think,, I mean he would most likely have stayed with the club if they had commited money towards team strengthening,,, possibly can see that MM may end up staying as a guest of the state HMP,, and after whatever fines and legal costs are paid,, as we all no he has money but how much really And Hull themselves we all thought were in a worse finantial state than us,,,, I Hope to god that i am wrong but i dont like the sound of things
