Haydos Posted 3 March 2012 Posted 3 March 2012 Not at all, it's bantoh - just ask lcfcstu. He only hates 'ragheads'.
Pride_Of_The_Midlands Posted 4 March 2012 Posted 4 March 2012 Cool story bro, so can I assume that Croatia and Norway are also footballing heavyweights? How about Uruguay? Or Mexico? Uruguay > Argentina
Guest Bilo Posted 4 March 2012 Posted 4 March 2012 Uruguay are one hell of a nation for football considering the size of it. 2 World Cups as well as being semi-finalists in 2010 and 4 Copa Americas, with them being the current holders of the latter. Not bad for a nation with a population of around 3 million. To put that in perspective, that'd be like Wales having won 2 World Cups and 4 European Championships. Whatever Uruguay have been doing, they've been punching massively above their weight since competitive international football began.
Bert Posted 4 March 2012 Posted 4 March 2012 I'm quite looking forward to seeing Wales and Scotland in Euro 2012.
foxes2011 Posted 4 March 2012 Posted 4 March 2012 just wanted to say i agree with the thred title biggest disapointments in world football.
Corky Posted 4 March 2012 Posted 4 March 2012 To put that in perspective, that'd be like Wales having won 2 World Cups and 4 European Championships. Usually "qualifying matches over a long period of time" is added to the end of that sentence. INGERLAND, INGERLAND!!
Finnegan Posted 6 March 2012 Posted 6 March 2012 I'm quite looking forward to seeing Wales and Scotland in Euro 2012. Not as much as I'm looking forward to seeing Anyone But England knock you out in the group stages. lol
Guest Bilo Posted 6 March 2012 Posted 6 March 2012 That's no fair, you get to support 15 teams in the Euros!
lcfcsnow Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 Just been thinking, a front 4 of this would be quite tasty ---------Sturridge Walcott Hoilett Moses Replace Sturridge with Rooney when available and play him on one of the wings.
Webbo Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 Just been thinking, a front 4 of this would be quite tasty ---------Sturridge Walcott Hoilett Moses Replace Sturridge with Rooney when available and play him on one of the wings. Hoilet is Canadian.

marko Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 Just been thinking, a front 4 of this would be quite tasty ---------Sturridge Walcott Hoilett Moses Replace Sturridge with Rooney when available and play him on one of the wings. Moses is a Nigerian international!!!
lcfcsnow Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 Moses is a Nigerian international!!! I wonder if he'd have chosen England if we'd have got in there sooner? Moses is the best British talent in years but only recently showing his true potential. We'll never catch up with Germany when we lose out on players like this.
Ozwin Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 http://www.mirrorfoo...icle695537.html That's over a year old but I take your point, call him up already!
Aleksz Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 I wonder if he'd have chosen England if we'd have got in there sooner? Moses is the best British talent in years but only recently showing his true potential. We'll never catch up with Germany when we lose out on players like this. Disagree massively. McEachran, Wilshere, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Barkley, Rodwell, Sterling, Gary Gardner etc etc etc Wilfried Zaha will be huge too.
Salieri Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 http://www.mirrorfoo...icle695537.html Hoilett already qualifies for his native Canada, Jamaica and US and would be eligible to represent the Three Lions under FIFA’s residency rules if he remains here for another three years. So he still wouldn't be eligible to play for us for another couple of years then? Unless i'm missing something.
