Agree. If this had been Floodland or First and Last and Always, then yes. If anything this greatest hits is spoiled by Eldritch's later work being prominent in it.

we're you as disappointed with the follow up as I was?  Despite it getting great reviews it did nowt for me.

It certainly wasn't as good. Suffered from the "difficult second album" syndrome. Whilst still being better than a lot of music, it paled in comparison to it's prequel.
