Win today was crucial; it wasn't pretty (whatever that old Swede says!) but you can only play who's put in front of you.

As said already, D N'G was shocking, Abe and Vitor were a revelation. I just hope this now spurs us on... UP THE FOXES! :scarf:

My thoughts on today's game

Like that website... Is it yours?

Alan young, what a hero.

10 points out of our last 5 (league) games, promotion form. :D

Didn't sound like the best of games or even performance but it's 3 points, a clean sheet and another big step in the right direction.

Would love a barnsley v hull draw now

Couple of Barnsley sendings off would be good too so their suspended for us

so pleased to hear that Abe is continuing to prove his doubters wrong, and with kingy as captain today, looks like we might finally see the end of oakley's uncontested appearances in the first XI

Shame Stringer didn't ask about Rensing - Weale sounded pretty shaky from the commentary - interesting to see how those there today saw his performance.

His kicking under pressure was poor. Remember Waggy last season scoring after the keeper kicking it to him on half way? Weale did that like 3 times!

Good first half, not so good second half. Vitor, Wellens and Gallagher all had good games. Abe did ok nothing special, certainly no worse than Oakley.

Who gave the ball away in the first minute? I wasn't sure if it was Vitor or Abe.

Better, match was abit boring I felt but maybe that was just tiredness on my part? I'll take the win either way.

Fryatt = poor.

Impressed with Vitor, improvement regards Abe wouldn't go as far as the 'awesome' comments.

Upwards and onwards let's enjoy the win keep grounded and focus on the next game/win.

thought we played quite well for the first 44 mins ;)

thought Vitor and Abe looked alot better; thought Abe did well setting up Gally for the goal.

Second we looked a bit of it a bit but we managed to hold on.

Only real concern for me was Weale. Doesnt seem the same player.....and his kicking today was shocking, 3 of them went to there players and we was lucky not to let 1 in,

but all in all, a wins a wins.

Abe looks like he'll make a decent central midfielder based on today. His touch was excellent
