Cheers Davie.

What was Weale doing for their second goal? >_<

Calamity Chris

Absolute mare for the second. Standard. Disappointed with their winner as well, crap marking again but the header's almost straight at him.

Get conrad back in

Abysmal defending for all three goals, it was horrific. A textbook example of how not to defend set pieces, crosses or follow the runners, as well as a masterclass show from Weale on how to miss a simple clearance and fail to save a fairly straightforward header which was about a yard from him.

That sort of defending will get us nowhere near the playoffs.

I'm sorry but Weale needs to sort himself out or (hopefully, on this form) his Leicester City career will be over quite soon.

Great last season, and I know players go through bad patches hes been quite consistent in his poor form and calamities too often this season, and now with this money we keep being told we have and with Sven at the helm we are in no position to give him time.

Second goal was a complete joke.

Anybody else shitting themselves before Gallaghers penalty when he was stood with his back to goal for about 2 minutes before he took it? I suppose it worked though...

All three of their goals were pathetic. Bloke totally unmarked 12 yards from goal for the first, eye off the ball and utterly unforgivable miskick for the second and two men on one defender for the third which Weale should probably have saved anyway.

And how much space does a guy get given to cross the ball in the last minute anyway? These weren't the sort of mistakes expected of professional players, you'd be disappointed if a decent schools team made em.

Truth is it's nearly Christmas and we still don't have a reliable goalkeeper, we still have no consistency and we're still making tactical decisions that don't make sense. Dyer had been one of our best attacking players before the arrival of Sven and now he's being overlooked for people who have shown next to nothing so far this season.

From behind the goal it looked as if the keeper could/should have saved the penalty and the free-kick.

The keeper should have saved the free kick, he was at fault for being well over to one side of the goal.

I don't think you're giving Gallagher enough credit for getting the ball up and down over the wall so well. The keeper set his wall up and correctly defended the other post. You might make an argument for maybe a player less in the wall but Watford had the bog standard amount of players in it. He would have been rightly slated if he'd stood behind the wall unsighted. If he had, he might well have not even made any contact with the shot at all...

Weale didn't seem comfortable after they scored that first goal and I think he was a bit eager to try and pull off a match winning save. Seemed to loose his usual calm head that is normally one of the things that make him such a good keeper. Bad mistake Weale but I'm sure he will be he first one to admit that and will want to put it right, but it wasn't only his fault Hobbs should have never lost the ball there in the first place.

Weale's effort for their second was... interesting... Is he really one of these "on-and-off" goalkeepers, that just can't play on a steady, reliable basis?

One day he comes up with some cracking saves and parades, and then there's days like Watford away or THAT incident at Derby last season.

Could only stand watching the summary up until Gallagher's equalizer. Can't bear to see the winning goal.
