lcfcadam Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 I don't know why but i actually love that kit, probably wouldn't look quite as good in the flesh as mentioned earlier though.. I don't even know why but I think it looks amazing is what it would look like in the flesh, except for a slightly different pattern. That brown colour is truly vomit inducing, can't believe people think otherwise!
Kitchandro Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 Of course, will be done for tomorrow my friend. Any chance you could try a yellow one with black stripes? Or a home one with like white stripes/hoops on the sleeves and a collar?
Guest Basildon Fox Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 Anything similar to my avatar would be fantastic as an away kit.
ajthefox Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 Those kits are quality ashley, specially that white pinstripe, sexy as fook. would hate to see us in red. i know we've worn it in the past but wouldn't seem right to me.. What program you using by the way mate? I quite fancy having a go and I'm decent at photoshop so could be interesting, you're not just doing from scratch are you? Some kind of templates in this or something?
CloudFox Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 I wouldn't mind a home kit version of our current third kit, but obviously with the main part being our traditional blue, and the strip being white. Any takers? As for away, Ashley's white kit with pinstripes looks goooooooood
gh09lcfc Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 The first white one is a really good design Ashley. How do you design them anyway, always wanted to know somesort of internet software?
DanTheFox07 Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 I have made some kits as ideas for the new 2011-12/13 season. I am open for ideas for colours etc. I will also design a one off kit like I posted for a chairty. Thoughts? HOME AWAY can you do show us the white one, but in red instead?
LCFC1993 Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 All of Ashley's are fantastic, specially the first home kit. Would happily spend £40 on those intead of the usual crap the club dish out. If only the current designers had your skill...
Jackirius Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 I would love our kit maker to be Nike, having Burrda or Joma etc just isn't as classy as the white tick.
Samilktray Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 White kits are so boring, Leeds kits are the only white kits I ever like. When they have a nice 1 that is. Would love us to have a Macron kit actually.
Fosse Boy Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 I would love our kit maker to be Nike, having Burrda or Joma etc just isn't as classy as the white tick. Yeah, having our boys trot out in a Sunday league catalogue template sewn together by a 7 year old Bangladeshi would be absolutely mint.
Kitchandro Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 as long as it's not done by adidas, I can't stand those generic 3 stripe on the sleeves ones that are just a different colour depending on what team it is. I don't see what the kit designers actually do at adidas because the design is the same every time
Bugg Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 as long as it's not done by adidas, I can't stand those generic 3 stripe on the sleeves ones that are just a different colour depending on what team it is. I don't see what the kit designers actually do at adidas because the design is the same every time Yeah all they seem to do is add a little gimmick every year to make it seem like a new kit when it is basically just last years kit with an extra stripe or a collar added on. Adidas is lame.
Ozwin Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 White kits are so boring, Leeds kits are the only white kits I ever like. When they have a nice 1 that is. Would love us to have a Macron kit actually. Mate, go and support Leeds if you want. You love them.
Kenners Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 Don't see what the fuss is about over Nike and Adidas apart from the big teams if im honest. Would much rather have a lesser known brand but with a bit of original design rather than a generic kit as long as the manufacturing quality is the same. If we were to have any of the big manufacturers I'd like puma, those triangle collars have grown on me this season.
Samilktray Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 Mate, go and support Leeds if you want. You love them. I'm not sure I love them if I'm honest.
Jackirius Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 Yeah, having our boys trot out in a Sunday league catalogue template sewn together by a 7 year old Bangladeshi would be absolutely mint. Sorry for expressing an opinion.
Mickey O'Neil Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 Bit early in the season to start arguing about kit designs!!! Don't we start about May/June!!? Might as well get my 10p in. White socks, yes please! White away kit, oh yes. Red fine by me as well. Like the brown and blue kits, all looking really good with the 80's shield. Adidas...never please. Nike or Puma please. You never know, Top might pay for a 'recognised' brand
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 I have made some kits as ideas for the new 2011-12/13 season. I am open for ideas for colours etc. I will also design a one off kit like I posted for a chairty. Thoughts? Some good designs Ash - now this would be a challenge compared to your previous designs, but could you do anything to incorporate the Burda wave throughout the shirt (i.e. in the print with a couple of different contrast colours - a little bit like this one ).
ajthefox Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 Yeah, having our boys trot out in a Sunday league catalogue template sewn together by a 7 year old Bangladeshi would be absolutely mint. So you know by proof that everything you've ever owned is a product of fair and ethical trading then yes?
Fjällräven Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 Why bother with putting the King Power logo on the kit, when surely, next seasons sponsor will be Singha? My god, that golden whatever it is would look close to pornographic on a white away shirt

StanSP Posted 25 January 2011 Posted 25 January 2011 Why bother with putting the King Power logo on the kit, when surely, next seasons sponsor will be Singha? My god, that golden whatever it is would look close to pornographic on a white away shirt It's a mystical lion And on Singha bottles, you'll see on the bottlenecks there's a Garuda, a symbol of Thailand's royalty. Learn something new everyday
markbsac Posted 25 January 2011 Posted 25 January 2011 This is the standard we should be aiming for This is when kit designers earnt their money is that the colour it looks brown.....did we not play in claret and blue ala villa colours ?
