Revenge!

Gotta keep winning, gonna be tough but gotta win.

No team talk as far as I'm concerned just stick 6-1 up around the dressing room, time for revenge after being humiliated.

C'mon Leicester!

Agree with this. Quite a few players in the team at the moment played in that game but the difference between then and now is virtually incomparable. We owe them big time for possibly one of the most inept performances in Leicesters history. It will be a mark of how far we have come in such a short space of time.

I think 3-0 or 3-1 today. The crowd will hopefully be right behind the lads.

7-0 to us, hopefully sven showed a video of last time we played and players like vitor, king, wellens, abe and gally who played then will be determined to put that result right.

Sure I read somewhere that Sven showed them the Norwich game the day before Scunthorpe and Wellens said he felt humiliated. Then we cruised it against Scunny.

So whack that horror show on a big screen somewhere, let 'em put it right.

3-0, Yak and King to get back on the scoresheet, and a Ricardo clean sheet to shut everyone up.

I have a feeling this will be a close affair.... they have only failed to keep a clean sheet once in their last eight games.

Going to be really tough, think we'll just sneak it 2-1.

The Yak is due to bag!!

Hopefully Leeds, Burnley and the Red Shite will slip up aswell!!

Runs are there only to be broken! Believe me, we will score today!

Hopefully a comfortable win for us today, another clean sheet for Ricardo would be nice. Was watching the England vs Portgual Euro's highlights the other day; if we ever get a penalty, Ricardo should take it :sweating:

Over 25,000 tickets sold accord to LCFC, not sure if that includes Pompey's share.

Since Oct 16th Pompey have achieved only 1pt less than Cardiff, they also have a good record against the top half

I don't think a ridiculous scoreline will happen, especially as they've got 7 out of 8 cleansheets - coupled with our weak defence.

I also wonder if the pressure at home is getting to the players - particularly with large sections of the vocal part of the crowd actively working against the team (we have a small enough vocal part of the crowd as it is, without half of them turning against the players)

The only way we'll win today is if the 12th man turns up and gives a solid 2hrs of support - If so 2-1 to us, if not then 1-1 or even a defeat

Can't make the game today as I am going to be missioning around london trying to find somewhere to live when I start my job in a couple of weeks. I'll have to follow the match on here so if you are listening to the radio or if you are the sort to update from the match I would greatly appreciate detailed and regular updates..you know not just 'oh nearly' and 'shit' etc.

I think we will win 4 1 btw. Come on city!!

I'd really love us to stuff em today but with there good form atm, I just want to see us come away with the 3pts and a maybe a clean sheet to boot. :scarf:

just glad its nice and sunny today tho, hate it when its dark and cold :P

I'd take a 2-0 win... Would be nice to equal the "aggregate" score and win on "away goals" but... ho hum... 2-0 would be nice :scarf:

Strikes me as the kind of game we'll struggle in. Portsmouth are no mugs and have a very decent defensive record. If anything, the knowledge that they've beaten us 6-1 will give them encouragement that they can do it again.

Low score draw for me.

Guys(and GIrls).

I've just had a phone call for help by LCFC.

The club had arranged for people from DMU to go out and about before kick off to raise money for the Japanese Disaster Fund (The club are also doing a Comic Relief appeal).

Basically they have been let down and need volunteers to help out with the Japanese Fundraising.

If anyone can help can you please email asap to - [email protected]

They want people to meet up at the staff entrance at the ground (Its opposite the memorial garden).

And they will supply you with a matchday ticket if you do not already have one.

First thing is to try and email asap so they know that they have people to help out.

UP THE CITY!!!

If we keep Lawrence and Nugent quiet then it should be fairly comfortable but that's easier said then done. Hopefully the Yak will be fired up being as it was where he made his name in English football

For me, the Yak MUST come up with the goods today. He above many of the others can make the difference between winning and losing and I sincerely hope he's up for it

By the end of today we'll have a pretty clear picture of whether we're gonna do it or not I suspect

I don't care how we win so long as we do. I'll take the ref having a 'mare and giving us a penalty (which we score) in the last minute to win after a Leicester player has his hair combed in the box.
