BrummieFOX Posted 25 March 2011 Posted 25 March 2011 http://www.lcfc.com/page/LatestNews/0,,10274~2324029,00.html Bigger than Rotherham away in the SJP Trophy?!! Twat. (Hope he has a blinder).
MikeyT Posted 25 March 2011 Posted 25 March 2011 He doesn't actually say it will be the biggest game of his career, he says it COULD be. EDIT: Yes it does. Taxi?!!!
Jackirius Posted 25 March 2011 Posted 25 March 2011 Well... It is. Cardiff in the Play off semi finals or a European cup playing for your country against England?
ozleicester Posted 25 March 2011 Posted 25 March 2011 hmmm playing against the likes of.... Marshall, McNaughton, Gerrard, Hudson, Kennedy, Burke, Whittingham, Ledley, McPhail, Chopra, Bothroyd or... Hart, Johnson, Terry, Jagielka, Cole, Lennon, Wilshere, Lampard, Barry, Carroll, Rooney. IN TER NATIONAL! Fair call Kingy
MPH Posted 25 March 2011 Posted 25 March 2011 Any Welshman can play football. Only a selected few will play for their country against one of their closest rivals. Of course its huge for him. Come on guys..... let's get things in perspective, here!
ajthefox Posted 25 March 2011 Posted 25 March 2011 It must be weird for him since he isn't actually Welsh as well..

stivesfox Posted 26 March 2011 Posted 26 March 2011 If king scores the winner tomorrow will be proud of him! Hate the England football team and what they stand for good luck Kingy!!!
Ozwin Posted 26 March 2011 Posted 26 March 2011 I hardly even support England anymore, bag of wank the lot of them. I might just support Wales tommorow in spite because that's how I roll.
stivesfox Posted 26 March 2011 Posted 26 March 2011 I think they are shit overpaid wank the England team! The captain of Leicester City FC is on that pitch we hope what a great thought the "King Of Wales" exposure of a fine player be massive he hasn't been playing well 8 games left he come back with so much confidence despite his recent dismal form a great player! Signs his contract cost people mega bucks!
DanTheFox07 Posted 26 March 2011 Posted 26 March 2011 Hope he has a great game, be great for us to see what he can do against england!!

Ozwin Posted 26 March 2011 Posted 26 March 2011 The English team has been unlikeable for the past decade, this isn't anything new. I do like how some of the youngsters are getting a shot now mind, once the Lampards, Gerrards, Terrys and Barrys are done the sooner I'll have more of an interest. It's hard to pledge allegiance to a bunch of players I have no loyalty whatsoever.
ta-fc Posted 26 March 2011 Posted 26 March 2011 Two points... 1. Since when did you pick and choose when to support a team cause you didn't like the players? 2. Some of you need to get a grip, the national team still means something to people, Kingy is obviously one of em, Cardif in the playoffs is hardly Wales greatest rivals on home soil...
LestaFox92 Posted 26 March 2011 Posted 26 March 2011 B A R STED i know the players might not be proud to be english but i know for a fact i am so why should you or i stop showing passion because they do?
Finnegan Posted 26 March 2011 Posted 26 March 2011 To be fair, I was thinking the same thing. It does always make me wonder when I see people like Freddie Eastwood, Andy King or Steve Morrison on the TV being interviewed about playing for Wales. I mean I assume they all grew up, self-identifying as English, supporting England, following England. They probably still do sit at home cheering England on when the World Cup's on and they haven't qualified, I mean you would - surely? I mean I don't doubt that they are very proud to be selected, of course, and they absolutely should be. Regardless of whether we're sixteenth or a hundred and sixteenth in the world you're still being picked for a country that boasts a number of Premiership stars. But surely it's a different sort of pride? Not because I mean to pass judgement on who is "Welsh enough" but purely because, as I said, you have to imagine they spent their youth growing up not even considering themselves anything other than English?
purpleronnie Posted 26 March 2011 Posted 26 March 2011 Yeah like those irish and south aficans playing for englands cricket team.

It's hard to pledge allegiance to a bunch of players I have no loyalty whatsoever. I echo this. Does anyone know the chances of Kingy starting? I've seen no team sheets at all. I'd have thought only if they play a 5 man midfield.
Finnegan Posted 26 March 2011 Posted 26 March 2011 He won't start. We are likely to play a five man midfield of Robson-Kanu, Ledley, Ramsey, Vaughan and Bellers.
FoxesFan123 Posted 26 March 2011 Posted 26 March 2011 Hope he comes on. Most predicted line ups have included either Croft / Robson-Kanu / Allen in mid, in addition to Bellamy, Ramsey, Ledley and Vaughan
Finnegan Posted 26 March 2011 Posted 26 March 2011 Allen and Croft are central midfielders, they won't start ahead of Ledley and Ramsey. Allen can play the holding role better than King so he's more likely to come on as we'll hope to get 90 out of Ramsey.
Stevosevic Posted 26 March 2011 Posted 26 March 2011 They have King in the probable starting line-up on football focus. I guess nobody really knows.
