Think it's everyone chasing 2nd spot... Can't see West Ham not running away with it- especially after some of their signings today.

Btw, do we get a sell-on fee for Gradel?

Not surprised with Wright-Phillips moving to QPR. He's rather overrated

Pulis done absolutely great, signing Crouch (Delap and Etherington must be pleased with this the most) and Palacios will give them the strength they badly needed in midfield.

Yep - 25 per cent proft I think, which will be about £500K

Raul Meireles!

And poor Everton, at least they've got the absolute hero that is Royston Drenthe as consolation.

Ha. It would. There's only 1 sign in the pic for starters.

Thanks for the feedback, I will make sure to thoroughly screen my jokes in future. To put that into practice, can you check this one for me and make sure it's up to standards of optimum japery, I don't want to suffer humiliation again.

Joseph Yobo has rejoined Fenerbahce on a season-long loan.

The Nigerian defender spent last season on loan in Turkey, helping the Istanbul outfit secure the league championship.

Fenerbahce were keen to retain the services of the player, who is 31 on Tuesday, and a new loan deal was completed before the Turkish transfer deadline passed at 10pm on Monday.

Yobo had looked set to join Fenerbahce at the end of the 2010/11 campaign but instead returned to Merseyside and reported for pre-season training in July.

It became apparent during preparations for the new campaign that his immediate future lay away from Everton and he didn’t feature in any of the Club’s pre-season fixtures.

Yobo, whose Everton contract runs until 2014, joined the Blues in 2002, is Nigeria’s captain and has made over 250 appearances for the Toffees.

His last game for Everton was in May 2010 in a 0-0 draw at Stoke.
